Screw sockets. - A wall plug, having a threaded socket 3 for the reception of a screw hook or the like, is made of approximately square section with pointed end 4. The sides are convex, the crests 1 of the curves being level with the rounded edges 2 of the plug. Projections 5 are formed by punching up the metal of the plug.
