Abstract

286,556. Latham, J. E. Sept. 8, 1927. Vaporizing-apparatus.- The bodies of the valves 4 controlling the gas or oil supply to the hot-plate burners of a cooking- stove are formed with integral straight and elbowed tubular extensions having direct screw connection with the tap-rail 3 and burner pipes 9 respectively. In the case of oil stoves the pipes 9 extend' beyond the burners to afford additional circulating space for the oil and so reduce the liability of carbon deposits, and are provided with removable cleaning caps 11.
