Abstract

285,285. Lester, B. May 9, 1927. Roundabouts.-A tower A is rotatable on a track C and carries frames D, the outer ends of which run on wheels E. A chain K on each frame passes round sprocket wheels L, M, deriving its motion from the rotation of the tower, and projections on the chain engage the rod G to raise the seat. As the rod is released, it falls, but shock is absorbed by cylinders T movable in relation to pistons S' and engaged by the rod.
