Wall lamps. - In a ships' bulkhead lamp of the type including a water-tight lamp compartment 1 having a glazed front 2 and fitted with a packing gland through which the conductors are led to the bulb holder, the packing gland 3 is located on the under side of the lamp compartment and the bulb holder 5 is located in the upper side. The conductors 4 preferably are of the lead-covered type and are car ried around the inner periphery of the lamp compartment and are concealed by the reflector 6.
