Abstract
281,690. I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.- Ges. Dec. 2, 1926, [Convention date]. N-Alkyl-, alkylene- and aralkyl-arsenobenziminazolones are obtained by reducing the corresponding N-substituted benziminazolone-arsinic acids whose preparation is described in Specification 256,243. Examples are given of the production of arsenobenzmethyl (propyl and allyl) iminazolones by reduction of the corresponding arsinic acids with hydrosulphite. Benz-4-propyl (allyl)-iminazolone arsinic acids are prepared by treating 3-amino-4-propyl (allyl)-aminobenzene-arsinic acids with phosgene.
