Mudguards rotating with wheels.-A sidesplash guard comprises a series of flexible rings 1 of curved cross-section, the inner ring being spaced from the tyre by blocks 8 and the rings spaced from one another by transverse or circumferential ribs 2 which are preferably formed of resilient material such as rubber or metal springs. The guard may be formed with, or vulcanized to, the tyre; it may be secured by means of an extension 5, Fig. 8, gripped between the tyre and the rim, or clamped to rings 6, Fig. 9, bolted to the wheel.
