Blocks and shoes. - In a six-wheeled truck for a railway vehicle, each side frame comprises three co-operating equalizing members 1, 2, 3, Fig. 1, each end member 1, 2 having a. bolster opening 8 containing a removable spring seat 12 carrying brake hanger supports 15, Fig. 3. Journal boxes 4 are carried by the end members, and brake hanger brackets 19 are bolted to the journal boxes so that one end extends forwardly and inwardly.
