Metal tubes.-A tube is provided with heat radiating elements comprising a flattened wire spiral 6 secured helically on the tube by a binding wire 7 wound on the tube along with the spiral. The contacting side of the wire spiral or of the tube may be milled to fit each other, and a binding wire of solder may be wound along with the spiral to fuse the wire in position. A plain binding wire may be spot welded to hold the wire in position.
