Saucepans; handles.-An extensible strainer or draining appliance for use in saucepans or other cooking vessels comprises a plate 1, composed of pivoted bars arranged in lattice formation, having handles 2 pivotally attached to the end bars and extension or supplementary handles 3 connected to the ends of the main handles and adapted to be folded down on the main handles when not required for use.
