267,607. Bauer, G. Dec. 17, 1925. Motor power plant. -A governor 10 on the shaft of an electric generator, pump, or other driven machine introduces auxiliary driving motors successively with increase of load by filling hydraulic couplings for the motors. Fig. 1 shows motors 1, 2 driving through gearing 5, 6, 7 and hydraulic couplings 11, 12 controlled as described. The motors may be associated with one or more steam turbine supplied with steam generated from the heat of waste gases.
Mobile autonomous electrical energy generation unit has intermediate transmission with switched couplings allowing one or both of 2 IC engines to be coupled to one or both of 2 electrical generators

Improvements in connection with Apparatus Employing Steam both for Motive Power and for Drying, or other analogous purpose, intended more especially for use in connection with Paper-making Apparatus.
Improvements in or relating to Energy-storing or Compensating Arrangements applicable more particularly to Hydraulic Systems for the Transmission of Power.
