Abstract
266,468. Lage, E. A. Nov. 28, 1925. Plates and films with mutiple colour-sensitive layers; colour photography.-Sensitive plates &c. carrying three emulsion layers, sensitized for different colours, which are simultaneously exposed but are separated for development &c., are produced by squeegeeing face downwards upon a support carrying a blue-sensitive layer a film carrying a red-sensitive layer, and then coating upon the film a yellow-sensitive emulsion layer. After exposure, the film with the red and yellow sensitive layers on opposite sides is stripped from the support carrying the blue-sensitive layer and the separated parts are developed &c. After drying, either or both of the negatives on the film may be stripped off for printing; or, alternatively, each image on the film may be bleached in turn (and afterwards redeveloped) to enable the other to be printed.
