Description

ANTI-SCALD LIQUID HEATING CONTAINER
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Technical Field
[0002] The invention belongs to the field of liquid heating containers, and particularly relates to an anti-scald liquid heating container used for heating liquid to generate high-temperature steam, which is applied to wallpaper fumigating strippers or oil and dirt cleaners.
[0003] 2. Description of R elated A rt
[0004] The container of wallpaper steamers is used for heating liquid to generate high-temperature steam which is then sprayed out to soften wallpaper to make the wallpaper easy to strip. The container is typically made of plastic and is simple in structure; and after the liquid in the container is heated, the temperature of the whole container wall is extremely high, so the hands of users may be scalded when the users touch the container with their hands.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] To fulfill an overall anti-scald effect of containers, the invention provides an anti-scald liquid heati ng container. According to the container, ribs are additionally disposed on the surfaces of all portions of the container, so that an overall anti-scald effect of the container is realized; and when the container is heated, the hands of an operator directly contact the ribs on the surfaces rather than directly contacting the high-temperature wall of the container, so that an anti-scald effect is realized.
[0006] To fulfill the above technical effect, the invention adopts the following technical solution: an anti-scald liquid heating container comprises a container body for containing liquid, and a container cover covering an open end of the container body, wherein a healing mechanism is disposed in the container body, a plurality of protruding anti-scald parts are densely disposed on an outer wall of the container body, and the container body and the anti-scald parts on the outer wall of the container body are formed integrally; and anti-scald parts are regularly and densely disposed on an outer wall of the container cover, and the container cover and the anti-scald pans on the outer wall of the container cover are formed integrally. Ribs are additionally arranged on the surfaces of the container to fulfill an overall anti-scald solution of the container, so when the container is heated, the hands of users directly contact the ribs additionally disposed on the high-temperature outer surface of the container rather than directly contacting the container, and the container cover is processed in the same way.
[0007] Preferably, the anti-scald parts are linear strip-shaped anti-scald ribs or curved strip-shaped anti-scald ribs. The anti-scald ribs are general ly attached to the wall of the container body. The curved anti-scald ribs are attached to the wall surface the container body; or, the curved anti-scald ribs undulate with respect to the wall of the container, so that a gap is formed between the anti-scald ribs and the wall of the container.
[0008] Preferably, the cross-section of the anti-scald ribs is square, triangular, polygonal, circular or fan-shaped. The anti-scald ribs are used for heat insulation; the distance between the anti-scald ribs should not be too large and should be a bit small to ensure that the hands, especially the fingers, of users will not be clamped in gaps between the anti-scald ribs and the fingers will not touch the wall of the container body.
[0009] Preferably, the container cover comprises a cover surface covering an open end of the container body, and a handle fixed to the cover surface, and a hand hole allowing a palm of users to penetrate through is formed between the handle and the cover surface; and a double-layer anti-scald structure is disposed on an outer wall of the cover surface and in an area corresponding to the hand hole. When users grab the handle by hand, the back and fingers of the hands of the users may touch the container body, so in order to protect the hands of the users against high-temperature scalds, the double-layer anti-scald structure is disposed on the outer side of the container body below the handle to fulfill a better anti-scald effect [0010] Preferably, the anti-scald structure comprises anti-scald ribs located on an inner layer and an outer heat-insulation layer located on an outer layer, and the heat-insulation layer is a flat plate or a strip plate; and a gap is formed between the heat-insulation layer and the anti-scald ribs to prevent heat conduction, so that the anti-scald effect is improved.
[0011] Preferably, the cover surface, the handle, the double-layer anti-scald structure, and the anti-scald ribs on the cover surface are formed integrally. The container cover and the container body are integrally connected by welding, or are firmly connected through screws.
[0012] Preferably, a pressure release valve is disposed on the container cover, and comprises a valve body disposed on the container cover and a valve cover connected to an outer end of the valve body; an internal thread is disposed on an inner side of an outer end of the valve body; the valve cover comprises a cap with a U-shaped cross-section and a connecting post located on an inner side of the cap, an external thread is disposed on an outer side of the connecting post, and the valve cover and the valve body are connected through the threads; and a pressure release channel which is open downwards is formed between the valve body and the valve cover. The valve cover of the container is capable of exhausting gas downwards, so that high-temperature steam is prevented from being sprayed upwards onto users; and the threads are rotated to release the pressure gradually. Moreover, after the pressure release valve is opened, liquid is poured into the container body through the pressure release valve.
[0013] Preferably, an anti-scald lining is disposed on an outer side of a bottom of the container body, so that the container is prevented from being burned through by high temperature when the container topples over.
[0014] Preferably, the anti-scald lining is a base with a middle portion being concaved downwards, and the contour of the concaved portion fits the contour of the bottom of the container body; a plurality of through holes are formed in a concaved surface of the anti-scald lining, a plurality of hollow connecting posts are disposed on a bottom surface of the container body, and the connecting posts are disposed in the through holes of the anti-scald lining, and are firmly connected into the through holes through fasteners.
[0015] Preferably, support legs which protrude downwards are disposed on a bottom surface of the container body, such that a gap is reserved between the bottom surface of the container body and the ground.
[0016] To sum up, compared with the prior art the invention has the following beneficial effects: [0017] The anti-scald liquid healing container of the invention adopts an overall anti-scald structure instead of a partial anti-scald structure, and the container body and the anti-scald structure are formed integrally. Specifically, ribs are additionally arranged on the container body and the container cover, anti-scald ribs are integrally formed on the surface of the container body and the container cover, so the hands of an operator directly contact the ribs on the surfaces rather than directly contacting the container when the container is heated, and thus, an anti-scald effect is realized the portion, below the handle, of the container cover is of a double-layer heat-insulation structure, so that the reinforcing effect is better; the lining is additionally disposed at the bottom of the container, so that the container wall is prevented from being burned through by high temperature when the container topples; and the valve cover of the invention exhausts gas downwards gradually with the rotation of the threads, so that high-temperature steam is prevented from being sprayed upwards to users.
