Handles, attaching. - In handles of the type in which discs or washers having a sliding but non-rotatable fit in the spindle are attached to the handle, the discs or washers are secured to the handle by lugs on the handle passing through holes in the discs or washers and riveted over. The handle shank a has a number of lugs c which penetrate the holes e in the washers f and are riveted over. The rose-plate d is secured between the shank and the washers. The washers have a central square or like hole g for the spindle h.
