Abstract

259,332. Ledder, J. July 24, 1925. Fenders; curbs.-A tiled fender or curb, Fig. 3, consists of a solid wooden base and an upper portion formed with an undercut channel 2 in which the tiles are inserted at one end, the gap being closed by a detachable boss secured to the base by dowels. The channel may be formed in a single upper portion, or between two side pieces as shown in Fig. 4, and the sides may extend down to the bottom edge.
