Abstract

A peach juice extractor that automatically removes the stone comprises a coring part and a juicing part. The coring member 8 in shell 4 comprises: a shaft 801(attached to a motor in control cabinet 2 on plate 3) with a spiral cutter 802; the shaft bottom has springs symmetrically arranged on two ends of a block; clamping members are on another end of the springs and there are clamping thimbles on the inner sides of the clamping members. There is a second clamping arrangement at the bottom of the coring cavity 6 comprising second springs with second clamping members on the end and auxiliary blades are hinged along the inclined second clamping members. Torsion springs are on the hinged joint of each auxiliary blade of the second clamping members. The juicing part 9 in cavity 7 within shell 5 is powered by a motor in the control cabinet 1. The pit is removed automatically. The diameter of the spiral cutter may gradually increase along the direction of the shaft. The juicing part may comprise stirring blades and stirring cutters.

A honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit comprising: a first control cabinet, wherein a first rotation motor is fixedly arranged within the first control cabinet; a first shell fixedly arranged on an upper end of the first control cabinet, wherein a second shell is fixedly arranged on an upper end of the first shell, wherein a mounting plate is fixedly arranged on an upper end of the second shell, wherein a second control cabinet is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate, wherein a second rotation motor is fixedly arranged in the second control cabinet; a first working cavity fixedly arranged in an interior of the second shell, wherein a coring member is arranged in an interior of the first working cavity; a second working cavity fixedly arranged in an interior of the first shell, wherein a juice extracting member is arranged in an interior of the second working cavity; the coring member comprising: a first rotation shaft fixedly arranged on an output terminal of the first rotation motor, wherein a spiral cutter is spirally arranged on the first rotation shaft; a connect block fixedly arranged on a bottom of the first rotation shaft, wherein first connect springs are symmetrically arranged on two ends of the connect block, wherein each of first clamping members is fixedly arranged on another end of corresponding one of the first connect springs, wherein clamping thimbles are fixedly arranged on bottoms of inner side surfaces of the first clamping members, mounting boxes respectively and elastically arranged on two sides of a bottom of the first working cavity, wherein second connect springs are fixedly arranged on bottoms of interiors of the mounting boxes, wherein each of second clamping members is fixedly arranged on another end of corresponding one of the second connect springs, wherein a plurality of auxiliary blades are uniformly hinged to the second clamping members along an inclined direction, wherein each of torsion springs is fixedly arranged on a hinged joint of each corresponding one of the auxiliary blades, and another end of each of torsion springs is fixedly arranged on an inclined surface of corresponding one of the second clamping members 2. The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim I, wherein a diameter of the spiral cutter is gradually increasing along a lengthwise direction of the first rotation shaft.
  2. 3. The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 2, wherein the second clamping members are located right below the first clamping members.
  3. 4. The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 3, wherein a plurality of the auxiliary blades are connected to the inclined surfaces of the second clamping members via the torsion springs.

The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 4, wherein the juice extracting member comprising: a fixed roller fixedly arranged on a bottom of the second working cavity, wherein a transmission assembly is arranged in an interior of the fixed roller, wherein a second rotation shaft is fixedly arranged on an output terminal of the second rotation motor, wherein a first connection gear is fixedly arranged on the second rotation shaft, wherein a second connection gear engages with the first connection gear, wherein a third rotation shaft is fixedly arranged on the second connection gear, wherein a fourth rotation shaft is fixedly arranged on an upper end of the third rotation shaft, wherein a first juice-pressing stirring member is fixedly arranged on a side wall of the second rotation shaft and penetrating through the fixed roller, wherein a second juice-pressing stirring member is fixedly arranged on a side wall of the third rotation shaft and penetrating through the fixed roller, wherein first stirring blades are fixedly arranged on an upper end of a side surface of the fourth rotation shaft, wherein second stirring blades are fixedly arranged on a center of a side wall of the fourth rotation shaft, wherein third stirring blades are fixedly arranged on a lower end of the side wall of the fourth rotation shaft, wherein a plurality of first stirring cutters are uniformly and fixedly arranged on two side walls of the first juice-pressing stirring member along a vertical direction, and a plurality of second stirring cutters are uniformly and fixedly arranged on two side walls of the second juice-pressing stirring member along a vertical direction

The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 5, wherein the juice extracting member further comprising electromagnet guide rails fixedly arranged on an inner bottom of a side wall of the first shell, wherein electromagnet sliding blocks are reciprocally and slidably arranged on the electromagnet guide rails, wherein extrusion blocks are fixedly arranged on the electromagnet sliding blocks and located at a side wall of the second working cavity, wherein extrusion cutters are fixedly and uniformly arranged on side surfaces of the extrusion blocks along a vertical direction, wherein cleaning plates are fixedly arranged on lower surfaces of the extrusion blocks.
  6. 7. The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 6, wherein the extrusion blocks are connected to the side wall of the second working cavity via an elastic plate.
  7. 8. The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 7, wherein diameters of the first stirring blades, the second stirring blades and the third stirring blades are reducing in sequence

The honey peach juice extractor having a function of automatically removing fruit pit defined in claim 8, wherein the coring member further comprises a coring pushing rod reciprocally and impulsively arranged on a center of the second shell, a coring collecting cavity fixedly arranged on the second shell and opposite to the first rotation shaft.
