whereby in use, under actions of the executive cylinders, the cutter 8 moves downward to cut the papers, and when cutting a single piece of the papers, a support plate of the papers usually cause a hard damage to the cutter 8, thereby after the cutter 8 moves downward to cut the papers, a first stage buffer will be formed as a tool nose of the cutter 8 acts on the rubber block 21, and then the buffering plate 20 is driven to move downward, and at the same time, the first connecting springs 27 contract downward to form a second stage buffer to effectively prevent a wear of the tool nose of the cutter 8 and improve a using life of the cutter 8, and at the same time, uneven cutting edges of the papers caused by the wear of the tool nose of the cutter S can be avoided to enhance a paper cutting effect and prevent an occurence of a wasting with a bad paper cutting effect; moreover, as the end face connected with the cleaner fixing base 16 and the cleaning brush 19 is the inclined surface, therefore the cleaning brush 19 is able to clean the toot nose of the cutter 8 to avoid that the paper scraps attached on the tool nose affecting next paper cutting effect when in paper cutting process; as the cleaning brush 19 and the cleaner fixing base 16 are slipped into the connecting hail grooves 161 through the connecting balls 191, and the connecting balls 191 are clipped into the connecting ball grooves 161 through the connecting rods 192, thereby such a connection way is able to make the cleaning brush 19 swing in a small range when cleaning the tool nose of the cutter 8, which improves a cleaning effect of the cleaning brush 19, arid when the cutter 8 moves upward, the first connecting springs 27 reset to drive the buffering plate 20 to reset, and then the third connecting spring 28 is driven to vibrate, thereby the cleaner fixing base 16 is driven to vibrate to shake the cleaning brush 19, thereby the paper scraps remaining on the cleaning brush 19 are shaken off into the paper scraps collecting cavity, thus operators only need to do a timed cleaning for the paper scraps collecting cavity to take the paper scraps out instead of cleaning the cleaning brush 19, so the operation is simple and convenient, and at the same time, a cleaning effect of the cleaning brash 19 to the tool nose of the cutter S is ensured, and when the cleaning brush 19 is required to be changed, the cleaning brash 19 is needed to be taken out from the cleaner fixing base 16 by taking out the connecting rods 192, which is pretty convenient and improves a practicality of the equipment.
[0044] Furthermore, one end of the second driving plate 24 located in the L-shaped travel slot is an inclined surface.
[0045] Furthermore, the collecting member comprises a belt conveyor 171, a belt conveyor contact switch 17, a collecting cavity 9, fourth connecting springs 14, a horizontal vibration plate 12, vertical vibration plates 10, abrasive plates 11, a discharging port 91 and a discharging pump, wherein the belt conveyor 171 is fixedly ananged on one end of the mounting bracket 18, wherein the belt conveyor contact switch 17 is fixedly arranged on the end of the mounting bracket 18 and located between the belt conveyor 171 and the second driving plate 24, wherein the collecting cavity 9 is defined on the base 1 and located at one end of the belt conveyor 171 away from the belt conveyor contact switch 17, wherein the fourth connecting springs 14 are fixedly arranged on a lower surface of the collecting cavity 9, wherein the horizontal vibration plate 12 is fixedly arranged on another ends of the fourth connecting springs 14, wherein two of the vertical vibration plates 10 are respectively and elastically connected to two inner side walls of the collecting cavity 9 through the fifth connecting springs 15, wherein two of the abrasive plates 11 are respectively and fixedly arranged on end faces of opposite sides of two of the vertical vibration plates 10, wherein the discharging port 91 is defined on one side surface of the collecting cavity 9 relative to a movement direction of the papers, wherein the discharging pump is fixedly arranged on an outer side wall of the collecfing cavity 9, and an output terminal of the discharging pump is connected with the discharging port 91; whereby in use, after the papers are cut, that is, when the buffering plate 20 moves downward, the buffering plate 20 drives the first driving plate 23 to move downward along a vertical part of the L-shaped travel slot, and as an end of the second driving plate 24 located on an inner side of the L-shaped travel slot is an inclined surface, when the first driving plate 23 acts on the second driving plate 24, the second driving plate 24 is driven to inove outward along a horizontal part of the L-shaped travel slot, and then the second driving plate 24 contacts the belt conveyor contact switch 17 to start the belt conveyor contact switch 17, thereby the belt conveyor 171 starts to work to transport the cut papers into a cavity formed between the horizontal vibration plate 12 and two of the vertical vibration plates 10, thereby the cut papers are transported into the collecting cavity 9 in time to avoid a paper folding as the cut papers stop on work station when subsequent papers are -transported, and a qualification rate of -the papers is also improved; when the buffering plate 20 resets; the first driving plate 23 is driven to reset, and when the first driving plate 23 is no longer acting on the second driving plate 24, the second connecting spring 26 resets to drive the L-shaped connecting rod 25 to reset, and then the second driving plate 24 is driven to reset to close the belt conveyor contact switch 17, thereby a convenient on-off of the belt conveyor 171 is realized, and when cutting with the cutter 8, the belt conveyor 171 is ensured to be in a halted state, as if the belt conveyor 171 is in a start state, the papers will be pulled all the time, so the cut papers sizes are different, thereby such an arrangement can not only transport the cut papers in time to avoid a paper bending, but also ensure that papers are cut with same sizes and improve a paper cutting quality; air flows discharged from the discharging pump are discharged from the discharging port 91 to blow the paper scraps produced in cutting, and when the papers are fell into the cavity between the vertical vibration plates 10 and the horizontal vibration plate 12, and the papers are increasingly added, thereby the fourth connecting springs 14 and the fifth connecting springs 15 move reciprocally, and at -the same time, the vertical vibration plates 10 and the horizontal vibration plate 12 are driven to vibrate to stack the collected papers up tidily, and at the same time, the abrasive plates 1 1 are arranged on the end faces of the vertical vibration plates 10, so when the papers are vibrated, the cutting edges of the papers are polished to make the cutting edges more smooth, which is convenient for papers printing and books cementing.
