Abstract

One end of a stem 11 is connected with a fork 31 through a headset in a head tube 4. The headset comprises a headset first cup 21. The head set first cup 21 comprises an upper portion structure 211 having a locating blind rivet fixing hole 213 is formed in upper portion structure. and a locating pin slot 214 formed in a central inner wall of the upper portion, and a lower portion structure 22. The stem 11 comprises a blind rivet hole 12, a locating pin 13 arranged below the blind rivet hole, a screw 14 arranged in the stem 11, and a stem thread 17 at the bottom of the stem. In use, the upper portion 211 is pre-mounted to the stem 11 with a blind rivet, the stem 11 is inserted in the fork 31 locating the location pin 13 in slot 33, and the lower portion structure 22 is screwed onto the fork 31 by hand before the stem screw 14 is tightened.

Description

FAST-ASSEMBLY DEVICE FOR FORK, HEAD SET AND STEM COMPONENT TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of bicycle components, and in particular to a fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A bicycle is a human-powered pedal-driven land vehicle having two wheels and is commonly known as a freedom vehicle, a pedal cycle or a bike. Since the bicycle is born in the 18th century, it is very popular with people and has become an optimal choice of people to take exercise and commute environmentally friendly. The current similar products on the market need to repeatedly adjust an angle of a stem component in use, which wastes the user' time, is inconvenient to be mounted and detached by the user and has low strength. In view of this, it is necessary to provide a bicycle fork-head set, which avoids the need of repeatedly adjusting the angle of the stem component, is convenient to be mounted and detached by the user and has high strength.
SUMMARY
[0003] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component in order to solve defects in the prior art.
[0004] To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: [0005] a fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem componentcomprises a stem component. One end of the stem component is connected with a fork through a head set, a head tube sleeves the stem component, and a handlebar is connected with the other end of the stem component. The head set comprises a head set first cup and an upper cup seat arranged at the bottom of the head set first cup; the head set first cup comprises a head set first cup upper portion structure and a head set first cup lower portion structure, a locating blind rivet fixing hole is formed in the head set first cup upper portion structure, and a locating pin slot is formed in a central inner wall of the head set first cup upper portion structure.
[0006] The stem component comprises an stem, a blind rivet hole is formed in the stem, a locating pin is arranged below the blind rivet hole, a stem mandrel is arranged in the stem, a cap screw and an stem washer are arranged at the top of the stem mandrel, and an stem thread is arranged at the bottom of the stem.
[0007] Further, the fork comprises a fork stem and fork legs, a locating slot is formed in the top of the fork stem, and the locating slot is vertical to a plane on which the two fork legs are located.
[0008] Further, a third cup is arranged at the bottom of the upper cup seat, a steel ball is mounted between the third cup and the upper cup seat, the fourth cup and the sixth cup are arranged between the head tube and the fork stem, the fourth cup is connected with the head tube, the sixth cup is connected with the fork stem, and a steel ball is mounted between the fourth cup and the sixth cup.
[0009] Further, the material of the head set first cup upper portion structure and the material of the head set first cup lower portion structure are PP, and the upper cup seat and the head set first cup lower portion structure arc integrally formed.
[0010] An assembling method of the fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem comprises the following steps: [0011] 1, mounting the third cup and the fourth cup on the head tube in a pressing manner, and mounting a ball rack of the steel ball; [0012] 2, pressing the sixth scat on the fork; [0013] 3, assembling the head set first cup, aligning the locating pin slot of the head set first cup upper portion structure to the locating pin of the stern, and smoothly inserting the head set first cup into the stem; [0014] 4, rotating the head set first cup upper portion structure by 180 degrees such that the locating blind rivet fixing hole of the head set first cup upper portion structure is aligned to the blind rivet hole of the stem; [0015] 5, inserting the blind rivet into the locating blind rivet fixing hole and the blind rivet hole, and rightly assembling the blind rivet such that the head set first cup upper portion structure and the stem are fixed into a whole body, and the head set first cup lower portion structure can freely rotate; [0016] 6, assembling the stem washer, inserting the upright mandrel, and screwing the stem thread to a right position; [0017] 7, mounting the handlebar, adjusting it to a right position and locking; [0018] 8, aligning the locating pin on the stem to the locating slot in the fork stem, and inserting thestem to a right position; [0019] 9, rotating the head set first cup to ensure that a thread of the upper cup seat is aligned to an upper thread of the fork stem, and quickly screwing down by hands; [0020] 10, screwing down the stem mandrel of the stem component, wherein the stem mandrel pulls the stem thread to move upwards, and the stem thread and an inner wall of the fork stem are completely locked into a whole body; and [0021] 11, completing fast assembly of the handlebar, a frame and the fork.
[0022] The present disclosure has the beneficial effects: 1, a customer may manually assemble the fork and the head set without tools; and 2, the locating pin and the locating slot of the fork match with each other and are convenient in direction location, so the customer can fast locate and does not need to repeatedly adjust the angle of the stem like the traditional method.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0028] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component comprises a stem component 1. One end of the stem component 1 is connected with a fork 3 through a head set 2, a head tube 4 sleeves the stem component 1, and a handlebar 5 is connected with the other end of the stem component 1. The head set 2 comprises a head set first cup 21 and an upper cup seat 22 arranged at the bottom of the head set first cup 21. The head set first cup 21 comprises a head set first cup upper portion structure 211 and a head set first cup lower portion structure 212, a locating blind rivet fixing hole 213 is formed in the head set first cup upper portion structure 211, and a locating pin slot 214 is formed in a central inner wall of the head set first cup upper portion structure 211.
[0029] The stem component 1 comprises an stem 11. A blind rivet hole 12 is formed in the stem 11, and a locating pin 13 is arranged below the blind rivet hole 12. A stern mandrel 14 is arranged in the stem 11, a cap screw 15 and a stem washer 16 are arranged at the top of the stem mandrel 14, and a stem thread 17 is arranged at the bottom of the stem 11.
[0030] Further, the fork 3 comprises a fork stem 31 and fork legs 32, a locating slot 33 is formed in the top of the fork stem 31, and the locating slot 33 is vertical to a plane on which the two fork legs 32 are located.
[0031] Further, a third cup 6 is arranged at the bottom of the upper cup seat 22, a steel ball is mounted between the third cup 6 and the upper cup seat 22, the fourth cup 7 and the sixth cup 8 are arranged between the head tube 4 and the fork stem 31, the fourth cup 7 is connected with the head tube 4, the sixth cup 8 is connected with the fork stem 31, and a steel ball 9 is mounted between the fourth cup 7 and the sixth cup 8.

[0033] An assembling method of the fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component comprises the following steps: [0034] 1, mounting the third cup 6 and the fourth cup 7 on the head tube 4 in a pressing manner, and mounting a ball rack of the steel ball; [0035] 2, pressing the sixth seat 8 on the fork 3; [0036] 3, assembling the head set first cup 21, aligning the locating pin slot 214 of the head set first cup upper portion structure 211 to the locating pin 13 of the stem 11, and smoothly inserting the head set first cup into the stem 11; [0037] 4, rotating the head set first cup upper portion structure 211 by 180 degrees such that the locating blind rivet fixing hole 213 of the head set first cup upper portion structure 211 is aligned to the blind rivet hole 12 of the stem 11; [0038] 5, inserting the blind rivet into the locating blind rivet fixing hole 213 and the blind rivet hole 12, and rightly assembling the blind rivet such that the head set first cup upper portion structure 211 and the stem 11 are fixed into a whole body, and the head set first cup lower portion structure 212 can freely rotate; [0039] 6, assembling the stem washer 16, inserting the upright mandrel 14, and screwing the stem thread 17 to a right position; [0040] 7, mounting the handlebar 5, adjusting it to a right position and locking; [0041] 8, aligning the locating pin 13 on the stem 11 to the locating slot 33 in the fork stern 31, and inserting the stem 11 to a right position; [0042] 9, rotating the head set first cup 21 to ensure that a thread of the upper cup seat 22 is aligned to an upper thread of the fork stem 31, and quickly screwing down by hands; [0043] 10, screwing down the stem mandrel 14 of the stem component, wherein the stem mandrel 14 pulls the stem thread 17 to move upwards, and the stem thread 17 and an inner wall of the fork stem 31 are completely locked into a whole body; and [0044] 11, completing fast assembly of the handlebar, a frame and the fork.
[0045] A customer may manually assemble the fork and the head set without tools. The locating pin and the locating slot of the fork match with each other and are convenient in direction location, so the customer can fast locate and does not need to repeatedly adjust the angle of the stem like the traditional method.

Any person may obtain various forms of other products under the enlightenment of the present disclosure, but no matter that any changes are made to its shape or structure, all technical solutions the same as or similar to the present disclosure should fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

  1. Claims 1. A fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component, comprising a stem component, wherein one end of the stem component is connected with a fork through a head set, a head tube sleeves the stem component, and a handlebar is connected with the other end of the stem component; and the head set comprises a head set first cup and an upper cup seat arranged at the bottom of the head set first cup; the head set first cup comprises a head set first cup upper portion structure and a head set first cup lower portion structure, a locating blind rivet fixing hole is fainted in the head set first cup upper portion structure, and a locating pin slot is formed in a central inner wall of the head set first cup upper portion structure; and the stem component comprises a stem, a blind rivet hole is formed in the stem, a locating pin is arranged below the blind rivet hole, a stem mandrel is arranged in the stem, a cap screw and a stem washer are arranged at the top of the stem mandrel, and a stem thread is arranged at the bottom of the stem.
  2. 2. The fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component according to claim 1, wherein the fork comprises a fork stem and fork legs, a locating slot is formed in the top of the fork stem, and the locating slot is vertical to a plane on which the two fork legs are located.

The fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component according to claim 2, wherein a third cup is arranged at the bottom of the upper cup seat, a steel ball is mounted between the third cup and the upper cup seat, the fourth cup and the sixth cup are arranged between the head tube and the fork stem, the fourth cup is connected with the head tube, the sixth cup is connected with the fork stem, and a steel ball is mounted between the fourth cup and the sixth cup.
  4. 4. The fast-assembly device for fork, head set and stem component according to claim 1, wherein the material of the head set first cup upper portion structure and the material of the head set first cup lower portion structure are PP, and the upper cup seat and the head set first cup lower portion structure are integrally formed.
