Blocks d<2> embracing the studs d<3> carry plungers h', which reciprocate in cylinders h formed in the thickness of a rotary member d. Oil in a casing a is alternately sucked into and expelled from the cylinders h through ports h<2>, and in order to vary the speed, this oil is variably throttled by a sliding non-rotary valve i having ports i<1> and positioned by a lever j.
