Both of the frontward-moving power device 11 and the at least one; first guide; assembly 12 are securely mounted in the; inner space of the armrest casing 10. The frontward-moving stand 20 is backward and forward movably mounted on the at least one first guide assembly 12, and the frontward-moving power device 11 is connected to the frontward-moving stand 20, thereby driving the frontward-moving stand 20 to move backward and forward, in this embodiment, the frontward-moving power device; 11 comprises a pusher motor 111 and a pushing rod 112, but it is not limited thereto. One end of the pusher motor 111 is securely mounted on a bottom surface of the; inner space of the armrest casing 10, Two ends of the pushing rod .112 are connected to the pusher motor 111 and the frontward-moving stand 20. In this embodiment, the armrest casing 10 comprises two first guide assemblies 12, and each one of the first guide assemblies 12 may be a slide rail.
Thus, in this embodiment, the frontward-moving stand 20 can be driven by the electrical frontward-moving power device 11 to .move backward or forward. However, it is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the frontward-moving power device 11 may be a pneumatic cylinder so that a user can manually drive the frontward-moving stand 20 to move backward or forward.
Each receiving space 13 may be used for receiving a handheld electronic device, and each socket 14 may be used for connecting to the handheld electronic device. Both of the receiving space 13 and the socket 14 are located on a top surface of the armrest casing 10 and adjacent to each other. Therefore, when a handheld electronic device is put in the receiving space 13, the handheld electronic device can be connected to the socket 14 via a connecting wire so that the handheld electronic device is capable of being charged, or the armrest table of the present invention is capable of reading the handheld electronic device and further playing video, music, or application in the handheld electronic device. The cover 15 is mounted on the top surface of the armrest casing 10 and thus selectively covers the receiving space 13, so that the cover 15 can protect the received handheld electronic device.
Then please refer to Figs. 2 and 4 to 6. The frontward-moving stand 20 is backward and forward movably mounted in the armrest casing 10 and is capable of being moved till protruding out of the front opening of the armrest casing 10. The frontward-moving stand 20 forms an inner space and a top opening communicating with each other and comprises a stand body 21, an upward-moving power device 22 mounted in the stand body 21, a case body 23 mounted in the stand body 21, and at least one lid 24 mounted in the ease body
23. The frontward-moving stand 20 further comprises a beam 232 and a plurality of guiding wheels 233. The beam 232. and the guiding wheels 233 are mounted in the inner space of the frontward-moving stand 20 and adjacent to the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20.
The stand body 21 is backward and forward movably mounted in the armrest casing 10, and, precisely, mounted on the first guide assemblies 12 of the armrest casing 10. The stand body 21 is connected to the pushing rod 112. of the frontward-moving power device 11. The stand body 21 comprises at least one engaging component 211, at least one auxiliary wheel 212, a plurality of second guide assemblies 213, a plurality of first sensors 214, and at least one second sensor 215. The at least one engaging component 211 is securely mounted on a bottom surface of the stand body 21 and movably engaged with the first guide assemblies 12 respectively. The engaging component 211 forms a hook portion, the hook portion, is configured according to a shape of the corresponding first guide assembly 12, so that the stand body 21 is engaged with the corresponding first guide assembly 12 and can be moved backward and forward, but cannot be moved upward, downward, rightward, or leftward. The at least one auxiliary wheel 212 is mounted on the bottom surface of the stand body 21 and abuts the bottom surface of the inner space of the armrest casing 10.
Each one of the second guide assemblies 213 extends upward and downward. The second guide assemblies 213 are divided into two groups. The two groups of the second guide assemblies 213 are separate from and parallel to each other. In this embodiment, the stand body 21 comprises four second guide assemblies 213, and each group has two second guide assemblies 213.
Each second guide assembly 213 may be a slide rail.
The first sensors 214 are securely mounted on an inner side surface of the stand body 21 and arranged vertically apart from each other. The at least one second sensor 215 is securely mounted on an inner bottom surface of the stand body 21.
The upward-moving power device 22 is securely mounted on the stand body 21, connected to the case body 23, and electrically connected to the first sensors 214 and the at least one second sensor 215. The upward-moving power device 22 may comprise a motor 221. a screw rod 222, and a displacement stand 223. The motor 221 is connected to a lowermost end of the screw rod 222 for driving the screw rod 222 to rotate. The screw rod 222 extends upward and downward and thus is parallel to the second guide assemblies 213. The displacement stand 223 is mounted on the screw rod 222 and when the screw rod 222 is rotated, the displacement stand 223 can move along the screw rod 222 upward or downward.
Therefore, the case body 23 is upward and downward movably mounted in the stand body 21. The case body 23 forms the inner space and the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20 and the at least one table panel assembly 30 is mounted in the case bodv 23. A bottom surface of the case body is securely mounted on the displacement stand 223 of the upward-moving power device 22, and a front surface and a rear surface of the case body 23 are respectively connected to the two groups of the second guide assemblies 213. Thus, when the displacement stand 223 is moved along the screw rod 222 upward or downward, the displacement stand 223 drives the case body 2,3 along the two groups of the second guide assembly 213 upward or downward. The case body 23 comprises a trigger component 231. and the beam 232 and the guiding wheels 233 are mounted on. the case body 23. The trigger component 231 is securely mounted on a lateral surface of the ease body 23. When the case body 23 is moved to an upmost position, the trigger component 231 triggers one of the first sensors 214 mounted higher than the remaining first sensor(s) 214; when the case body 23 is moved to a lowest position, the trigger component 231 triggers another one of the first sensors 214 mounted lower than, the remaining first sensor(s) 214. Therefore, when the case body 23 triggers the first sensor 214, the upward-moving power device 22 stops driving the ease body 23 to move upward or downward. On the other hand, when the bottom surface of the case body 23 triggers the at least one second sensor 215, the upward-moving power device 22 also stops driving the case body 23 to move downward.
in other words, in tins embodiment, the case body 23 is driven by the electrically-driven upward-moving power device 22 to move upward or downward. However, it is not. limited thereto; in another embodiment, the upward-moving power device 22 may be a pneumatic cylinder so that a user can manually drive the case body 23 to move upward or downward.
The beam 232 is mounted on the case body 2,3 and in the top opening so that the beam 232 divides the top opening into two areas. Part of the guiding wheels 233 are mounted on an inner surface of the frontward-moving stand 20, and, precisely, are mounted on an inner surface of the case body 23 of the frontward-moving stand 20. The remaining part of the guiding wheels 233 are mounted on the beam 232.
The at least one lid 24 is riitably mounted on the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20 and selectively closes the top opening of the case body 23. in this embodiment, the frontward-moving stand 20 comprises two lids 24, and the two lids 24 cooperatively close the top opening of the case body 23. Each one of the lids 24 comprises a lid body 241, at least one roller
242, at least one buffer 243, and at least one torsion spring 244. Precisely, the lid body 241 of the lid 24 is tiltably mounted on the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20 and selectively closes the top opening of the case body 23.
Then, refer to Figs. 7 and 8. The lid body 241 forms a pivoting edge, a free edge, and an opening 2410. The pivoting edge and the free edge are two opposite edges of the lid body 241, and the pivoting edge is pivotably connected to the top opening of the case body 23 of the frontward-moving stand 20. The opening 2410 is formed on the free edge and when the lid body 241 closes the top opening of the case body 23, the exterior environment still communicates with the top opening and the inner space of the case body 2.3 via the opening 2410 of the lid body 241. The at least one roller 242 and the at least one buffer 243 are mounted on the free edge of the lid body 241.
Each torsion spring 244 comprises a first end and a second end. The first end of the torsion spring 244 is connected to the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20 and the second end of the torsion spring 244 is connected to the pivoting edge of the lid body 241 which causes the torsion spring 244 to drive the lid body 241 of the lid 24 to close the top opening of the
1!
case body 23. In this embodiment, each lid 24 comprises two torsion springs 244 respectively mounted on two ends of the pivoting edge of the lid body 241.
Then please refer to Figs. 7, 9, and 16. The at least one table panel assembly 30 is selectively mounted in the case body 23 of the frontward-moving stand 20 capable of being moved to protrude out of the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20. Precisely, the at least one table panel assembly 30 is capable of moving upward and downward and has a displacement stroke. When the at least one table panel assembly 30 is located at an upmost end of the displacement stroke, the at least one table panel assembly 30 protrudes to an outermost extent out of the top opening of the frontward-moving stand 20. When the at least one table panel assembly 30 is located at a lowest end of the displacement, stroke, the at least one table panel assembly 30 is entirely received in. the case body 23 of the frontward-moving stand 20, A number of the at least one table panel assembly 30 equals to a number of the lids 24. In this embodiment, the armrest table of the present invention comprises two table panel assemblies 30. When the lids 24 close the top opening of the case body 23, the lids 2,4 cover the table panel assemblies 30 respectively but part of each table panel assembly 30 is exposed from the opening 2410 of the corresponding lid 24. When each table panel assembly 30 is being moved upward or downward, the table panel assembly 30 abuts the guiding wheel(s) 233 so that a moving direction is kept constant and a resistance is reduced.
Each fable panel assembly 30 comprises a first plate 31 and a second plate 32. The first plate 31 comprises a pivoting edge, a first connecting edge, and a desktop surface. The pivoting edge and the first connecting edge are two opposite edges of the first plate 31, and the desktop surface of the first plate 31 is located between the pivoting edge and the first connecting edge. The first plate 31 is movably and tiltably mounted on the case body 23 of the frontward-moving stand 20 via the pivoting edge.
The second plate 32 comprises a second connecting edge and a desktop surface. The second connecting edge of the second plate 32 is connected to the first connecting edge of the first plate 31. in this embodiment, the second connecting edge of the second plate 32 is pivotably mounted on the first connecting edge of the first plate 31, but it is not limited thereto. For example, in another embodiment, the first plate 31 may comprise a receiving space therein, and the second plate 32 is movably mounted on the first plate 31 in parallel so that the second plate 32 may' be moved into the receiving space of the first plate 31.
Precisely, the first plate 31 comprises at least one first protrusion 311, at least one second cavity 312, and a handle 313. The at least one first protrusion 311 protrudes out of the first connecting edge of the first plate 31. The at least one second cavity 31.2 is formed on a bottom of the first connecting edge of the first plate 31. The handle 313 is securely mounted on the first connecting edge of the first plate 31. and also protrudes out of the first connecting edge of the first plate 31.
The second plate 32 comprises at least one second protrusion 321, at least one first cavity 322, and a groove 323, The at least one second protrusion 321 protrudes out of the second connecting edge of the second plate 32. The at least one first cavity 322 is formed on a bottom of the second connecting edge of the second plate 32, and a number of the at least one first cavity 322, equals to a number of the at least one second protrusion 311. The groove 323 is also formed on the bottom of the second connecting edge of the second plate 32.
Then please refer to Figs. 10 to 13, With the aforesaid structure, before the table panel assembly 30 is expanded, the frontward-moving stand 20 is moved out of the armrest casing 10 first and then the case body 23 is moved out of the frontward-moving stand 20. When the table panel assembly 30 is retracted, the table panel assembly 30 is accommodated in. the case body 2.3 and covered by the corresponding lid 24, but the handle 313 of the table panel assembly 30 is exposed from the opening 2410 of the lid 24, so that the table panel assembly 30 is capable of being moved upward by a user’s hand extending into the opening 2410 and pulling the handle 313. When (he table panel assembly 30 is being moved upward or downward, the corresponding lid 24 is pulled by the table panel assembly 30, and the roller 242 of the lid 24 abuts the table panel assembly 30, which reduces a resistance between the table panel assembly 30 and the lid 24,
The please refer to Figs, 14 ίο 17. When the table panel assembly 30 is moved to the upmost end of its displacement stroke, i.e., protrudes at an outermost extent out of the ease body 23 of the frontward-moving stand 20, the table panel assembly 30 is capable of being tilted laterally till being horizontal, and thus the horizontal table panel assembly 30 abuts on the buffer 243 of the corresponding lid 24. After that, the table panel assembly 30 is capable of being selectively expanded till the desktop surfaces of the first plate 31 and the second plate 32 are arranged side by side, or closed till the desktop surfaces of the first plate 31 and the second plate 32 are overlapped.
In this embodiment, during the expanding, the second plate 32 is capable of being tilted till the desktop surfaces of the second plate 32 and the first plate 31 are arranged side by side, and meanwhile, the at least one first protrusion 311 is received in the at least one first cavity 322 of the second plate 32, the at least one second protrusion 321 of the second plate 32 is received in the at least one second cavity 312 of the first plate 31, and the handle 313 of the first plate 31 is received in the groove 323 of the second plate 32. Therefore, the at least one first protrusion 311 and the handle 313 may support the second plate 32 and prevent the second plate 32 from being over tilted.
During retracting, the second plate 32 is capable of being tilted till the desktop surfaces of the first plate 31 and the second plate 32 are overlapped, which allows the whole table panel assembly 30 to pass through the top opening of the case body 23 and be moved downward till the table panel assembly 30 is located at the lowermost end of the displacement stroke (i.e. the table panel assembly 30 is moved to be totally accommodated in the frontward-moving stand 20) and the lid 24 to automatically close the top opening of the case body 23. Finally, the case body 23 may be moved into the inner space of the frontward-moving stand 20 and the frontward-moving stand 20 may be moved into the armrest casing 10 with the at least one table panel assembly 30.
Consequently, the table panel assembly 30 is expandable or retractable so that the expanded fable panel assembly 30 may provide a large area for placing items. Besides, the retracted first plate 31 and second plate 32 may reduce the occupied volume so that a seat with the armrest table of the present invention may be large and more comfortable.
