Description

NOVEL ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRffiNDLY ENCLOSURE BOARD
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] Technical Field [0002] This invention relates to the field of facilities for construction sites, in particular to an enclosure board/pedestrian passageway with a cover for recyclable use at construction sites.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art [0004] At construction sites of buildings and outer walls, people come and go, so an enclosure board/pedestrian passageway with a cover is usually provided for use to avoid potential safety hazards and prevent substances falling from a high altitude from injuring people. Such enclosure board/pedestrian passageway is usually assembled by steel structure. In a steel structure, beams and uprights are usually connected in three ways, namely pin connection, semi-rigid connection and rigid connection. In the traditional analysis and design of a steel structural frame, beam-upright connection is regarded as ideal pin connection or complete rigid connection to simplify the analysis and design process. The connection between beams and uprights (H-shaped steel) of the existing enclosure board/pedestrian passageway with a cover is assumed as the rigid connection in terms of design, so welding is adopted to perform the connection, and reinforcing ribbed plates are added between the cross beams and the uprights to achieve rigid connection. To strengthen stability, concrete (balance weight) is applied. Such structure is abandoned after use.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The objective of this invention is to provide an enclosure board between the upright and the cross beam in detachable connection, and the materials of the enclosure board are recyclable and convenient to assemble and dismantle.
[0006] To fulfill the above objective, this invention employs the following technical solution. A novel environmentally-friendly enclosure board includes at least one enclosure board unit; each enclosure board unit includes at least four uprights, and at least one horizontal shelf; the horizontal shelf consists of four cross beams; a cross beam is disposed between two adjacent uprights; each end of the cross beam is detachably connected with two uprights through two connecting members; the bottom end of each upright is provided with a baseboard; the baseboard is detachably connected with the ground; and the horizontal shelf is provided with laminates and balance weights.
[0007] Preferably, the connecting member is a piece of slab; the connecting member is provided with plural connecting screw holes; the two ends of each cross beam are respectively vertically provided with a connecting member; and the connecting member is in separate connection with the upright through bolts.
[0008] Preferably, the cross beams and uprights are both made from H-shaped steel.
[0009] Preferably, the upper and lower surfaces of each of the two ends of each cross beam are respectively provided with a triangular reinforcing rib; the bottom surface of the reinforcing rib is connected with the cross beam; and the interior of the reinforcing rib is connected with the connecting member.
[0010] Preferably, the number of the uprights is four; at least two horizontal shelves are provided; and the laminates of each horizontal shelf are provided with balance weights, increasing the stability of the shelf.
[0011] A balance weight is disposed between the bottoms of two adjacent uprights, and the baseboard is located below the balance weight.
[0012] This invention has the following beneficial technical effects: This invention employs the calculation method for semi-rigid connection, which is more accurate than the calculation for the traditional rigid connection. The steel has high strength, so the calculation method for the traditional rigid connection is not accurate, and the quantity of the materials pre-calculated is usually larger than that of the actually used materials. Besides, the materials adopted in the traditional method are not recyclable, causing a lot of waste. On the contrary, this invention adopts the calculation method for the semi-rigid connection, capable of more accurately calculating the quantity of the materials for actual use, and the enclosure board is added with the shelf or balance weight upon needs to improve the stability.
[0013] Each enclosure board has four uprights; the horizontal shelf consisting of four cross beams is provided; the horizontal shelf is placed with laminates and balance weights; the cross beams and uprights are detachably connected through connecting slabs and screws; the bottom end of each upright is fixed on the ground through the baseboard and the bolts. In use, a plurality of enclosure boards is assembled at the construction site upon the size of the construction site. When the enclosure boards are not used, the uprights and cross beams can be dismantled. Compared with the prior art, This invention has the advantages that, fewer materials are used; the installation and dismantling are convenient; and the materials are recyclable and environmentally friendly.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS
[0014] Figure 1 is a front view of this invention.
[0015] Figure 2 is a left view of this invention.
[0016] Figure 3 is a partially enlarged view of this invention.
[0017] Figure 4 is a schematic view of the connection between the connecting member and one end of the cross beam of this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] So that those skilled in this field better understand the solution of this invention, This invention is described in further detail with reference to the attached drawings and embodiments.
[0019] As shown in Figures 1-3, the novel environmentally-friendly enclosure board/pedestrian passageway with a cover consisting of one or more enclosure board units is provided. Each enclosure board unit includes at least four uprights 1 and at least one horizontal shelf, and the horizontal shelf consists of four cross beams 2. In this embodiment, the number of the uprights is four, and the number of layers of the horizontal shelf is 2; a cross beam 2 is disposed between two adjacent uprights 1; each end of the cross beam 2 is detachably connected with two uprights through two connecting members 3; the four uprights 1 define a square space after being fixed, and the two adjacent uprights refer to two uprights which are not in the diagonal line.
[0020] As shown in Figure 4, the connecting member 3 is a metal slab; the connecting member is formed with plural connecting screw holes 301; and the two ends of each cross beam 2 are respectively vertically provided with a connecting member 3 in a fixed way.
[0021] The connecting member 3 is separately connected with the upright 1 through bolts 4. Therefore, the cross beams and the uprights are conveniently fixed together and dismantled, realizing recyclable use of the cross beams and uprights.
[0022] The connecting member 3 is formed with a plurality of connecting screw holes 301, and the upright 1 in connection is formed with a plurality of connecting screw holes at corresponding positions, for the purposes that, not only the height of the connecting member on the upright, but also the height of the cross beam can be adjusted, and the number of the connecting bolts can be added upon needs, thereby increasing the strength of connection between the cross beams and the uprights.
[0023] The cross beams 2 and uprights 1 are both made from H-shaped steel.
[0024] The upper and lower surfaces of each of the two ends of each cross beam 2 are respectively provided with a triangular reinforcing rib 8; the bottom surface of the reinforcing rib is connected with the cross beam; and the interior of the reinforcing rib is connected with the connecting member.
[0025] The bottom end of each upright 1 is provided with a baseboard 5; and the baseboard 5 is detachably connected with the ground; therefore, the installation and dismantling of the upright 1 on the ground are convenient.
[0026] The horizontal shelf is provided with laminates 6 and balance weights 7; the laminates 6 are the cover of the enclosure board or pedestrian passageway and are used to prevent substances falling from a higher altitude from injuring people; and the balance weights 7 are used to press the laminates on the horizontal shelf.
[0027] A balance weight 7 is disposed between the bottoms of two adjacent uprights 1; and the baseboard 5 is located below the balance weight, which means that the part of the baseboard exposed out of the bottom ends of the uprights is located below the balance weight 7.
[0028] This invention is described with embodiment. Those ordinarily skilled in this field know that many modifications and changes can be made on the basis of This invention, which all shall fall within the protective scope of the Claims.
