Description

A FOLDABLE LUGGAGE BARROW
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a foldable luggage barrow.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
Presently, the luggage barrow produced according to the patent of this applicant (China utility model patent, application No. CN201120158042.X, applied on 2011.05.18) is shown in Fig. 9. It comprises handrail, foldable frame and axis. The foldable frame consists of a main frame, two folded side bars and an axis by a connecting way of nut and screw. As shown in Fig. 10, during transport the luggage barrow need remove the axis, convert side bars inwards and fold with the main frame. Such furling has the shortcoming of many steps, much time and strenuosity, odd structure after furling and inconvenient packing and transport.
In addition, China utility model patent (application No. CN201520516266.1 applied on 2015.07.16) disclosed a type of multi-functional folded luggage barrow, comprising a folded body that is provided with a cloth sheath to carry goods. The folded body is movably connected with a handrail at one end, and is provided with a universal wheel assembly in the bottom of the body. The said folded body comprises a lateral folding frame, horizontal rods mounted in the front and rear ends of lateral foldable frame, two sets of scissoring assembly mounted in the first and second ends of lateral foldable frame, and two paralleled horizontal beams connecting the said two sets of scissoring assembly. The said handrails are movably connected to a horizontal beam between two sets of scissoring assembly. The said universal wheel assembly is provided on the horizontal beams in the front and rear ends of the lateral folding frame. The luggage barrow folds in up and down direction. However, the storing space of such a luggage barrow is too small to carry many goods.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, aiming to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, provides a type of folded luggage barrow featuring convenient folding and unfolding, less operation steps, compact structure when folded, and convenient packing and transport.
To realize the object, the present invention takes the following technical schemes: A foldable luggage barrow comprises handrails, foldable frame and axis. The said axis is provided in the bottom of the foldable frame. The foldable frame comprises first rack and second rack. The first rack and second rack are interconnected by scissoring folding assemblies. Two sets of said scissoring foldable assembly are provided in the two ends of the foldable frame. The outer sides of both ends of the first rack are provided with first supporting rods, while the outer sides of both ends of the second rack are provided with second supporting rods. The said scissoring foldable assembly comprises first slanting supporting rod and second slanting supporting rod. The first slanting supporting rod and second slanting supporting rod are crossed and hinged at the crossing point. The first lower part of first slanting supporting rod is hinged with the said first supporting rod. The second upper part of first slanting supporting rod is hinged with the said upper part of second rack. The second lower part of second slanting supporting rod is hinged with the said second supporting rod. The first upper part of second slanting supporting rod is hinged with the upper part of first rack.
Preferably, in unfolded state, the upper surfaces of first rack and second rack of the said folded luggage barrow are at the same horizontal level. Thus it is basically realized that in unfolded state, the goods-carrying plane is a horizontal level, avoiding the falling of luggage in handling process.
Preferably, two first horizontal supporting rods extending to the second are provided at both ends of first rack, while two second horizontal supporting rods extending to the first are provided at both ends of second rack. The second upper part of first slanting supporting is hinged with the end of second horizontal supporting rods. The first upper end of the said second slanting supporting rod is hinged with the end of first horizontal rods. The above-mentioned structure, by designing the first horizontal supporting rods and second horizontal supporting rods to hinge with the scissoring foldable assembly, facilitates the design of space. In addition, it also provides a possibility to design the first rack and second rack to lie in a same horizontal level.
Preferably, the second upper part and first lower part of first slanting supporting rod take a form of bending, while the first upper part and second lower part of second supporting rod take a form of bending. The crossing hinged position of both first slanting supporting rod and second slanting supporting rod is in the middle of the bending. The design of bending makes more space between the first horizontal supporting rods and second horizontal supporting rods, which reduces the width of both sides after folding to further shrink the space for transport.
Preferably, an anti-furling linking rod is provided below the crossing hinged position of first slanting supporting rod and second slanting supporting rod, and comprises two mutually hinged linking rods. One linking rod is provided with a chuck in its lower part, while the other linking rod is provided with a chuck flange in its lower part. The coupling between the chuck and chuck flange can realize the downward one-way folding of anti-furling linking rod. The other ends of two linking rods are hinged with the said first slanting supporting rod and second slanting supporting rod respectively. The anti-furling linking rod, after the luggage barrow is unfolded, enables the first rack and second rack to retain a more stable state, avoiding the foldable frame to furl automatically when heavy luggage is put on both sides of the foldable frame.
Preferably, a first wheel consolidating beam is provided between the front and rear first slanting supporting rods, while a second wheel consolidating beam is provided between the front and rear second slanting supporting rods. Both the first wheel consolidating beam and second wheel consolidating beam are positioned below the lower part of the crossing hinged position. The first wheel consolidating beam and second wheel consolidating beam hinge the wheel consolidating racks respectively. The two wheel consolidating racks slant downwards and inwards, and their ends are hinged with the axis. The structure provides a way to install the axis, and in such a way the axis is directly positioned in the space between the first rack and second rack after folded, and need not demount the axis and packed separately. Of course, the axis of the present invention is not limited in this structure. For example, designing two axes to install in the first rack and second rack can well realize the purpose of no demounting the axis for convenient packing and transport. Perhaps, a wheel consolidating beam is provided between the hinging positions of front and rear first slanting supporting rods and second slanting supporting rods, and the said axis is fixedly provided on the wheel consolidating beam.
Preferably, one segment of the first wheel consolidating beam and second wheel consolidating beam is a projecting part of inward bending, and the hinging position of said wheel consolidating racks lies in the bending of the projecting part. On the one hand, the projecting part provides an accommodating space for first wheel consolidating beam and second wheel consolidating beam in folded state. On the other hand, such design avoids the hinging position of wheel consolidating racks to slide front and rear on the first wheel consolidating beam and second wheel consolidating beam.
Preferably, wheel fixing seats are provided on both sides of the axis respectively, and are also provided with slanting supporting surfaces. In unfolded state of the luggage barrow, the lower parts of two wheel consolidating racks contact and support the slanting supporting surfaces respectively. The slanting supporting surfaces of wheel consolidating seats are provided to avoid the axis to tilt.
Preferably, the said foldable frame also comprises two side bars that are provided with extension tubes respectively and hinged with them respectively. The extension tubes are linked at both sides of the foldable frame. Such a structure provides the extended space for the foldable frame.
Preferably, the foldable frame also comprises a front bar provided at the front end of foldable frame, and is detachably coupled with the foldable frame. The front bar can prevent the luggage from falling.
Preferably, the said handrail is provided at the rear side of foldable frame, and is detachably coupled with the foldable frame. Preferably, the lower longitudinal beams of first rack and second rack are provided with intake seats that handrail can fit in when being detached.
Preferably, the said foldable frame is also provided with two rear supporting legs that are provided in the lower part of rear end and also with pads.
The present invention adopts the above-mentioned technical scheme, realizes the convenient folding of the foldable frame using two sets of scissoring foldable assembly, and saves wheel mounting and demounting. The luggage barrow is characterized by convenient folding and unfolding, less operation steps, compact structure after folded, convenient packing and transport.
