Abstract

254,390. Clitheroe, A. J. April 2, 1925. Inductances. - An inductance coil is wound on two separate spoked elements arranged side by side on a removable former and detachable plug-in mounting, the winding itself maintaining the spoked elements in correct spaced relation. As shown, the spoked elements 1<b> are clamped temporarily between flanges 4<a>, 4<c> with a spacing-sleeve 4<b> between them. After winding, the sleeve 4b, which may be of pliable material or made in sections, is removed and the plug-in mounting 2<a> is detachably and adjustably secured to pairs of lengthened spokes.
