Abstract
Device for use in cleaning and/or movement of material along a pipeline. The device contacts with the interior surface of the pipeline. The material from which the device is made is rendered detectable by metal detection apparatus and/or x-ray detection apparatus such that should any portions of the device become dislodged those portions can be detected by the said detection apparatus and allow the same to be removed and therefore avoid the same from being potential contaminants of the material subsequently passing along the pipeline.
