Abstract
A device for dispensing beans from a top storage section into a bottom section for soaking, with a top section 1 split into a storage area and a control area with an electric motor and switch. The storage area has a hole in the base and a surface cover 111. Directly below the top storage section is a middle storage section 2 with a rotatable turntable and stator, and a shaft 4 penetrating through. The turntable has a hole in the top and base. The lower section 3 is the soaking area of the device, and has a hole in the cover. The motor and gear system turns the turntable so the holes in each section become aligned allowing items from the top compartment to be gradually dispensed to the bottom compartment. There is a sharing plate below the hole of the bottom compartment which distributes the beans evenly into the cup.
Description
Dosing device for automatically soaking machine Field of the invention This invention relates to a soaking machine, especially to a dosing device for an automatically soaking machine.
Description of prior art
People often make the things such as dried beans soaked in water for a long time, and than make further process, such as sauting beans, grinding soybean milk or making beancurd. It may happen that people miss to soak the dried beans, as the further processing to is often made, thus the missing stops the further processing. At home People usually make the soaking at night, and make further process on the next morning, such as making cooking for families, in the mess mall people make the same soaking and cooking for customers, tasty depends on the soaking made on the last night.
is Current solutions soaking the dried beans are made by people, the soaking either engages people's time or may be missed in daily life, because of this, there have been an automatically soaking machine, the soaking machine includes a top storage, a middle storage and a bottom storage, dried beans in the top storage falls into the bottom storage via a electrically controlled baffle. The soaking machines have some disadvantages, such as that beans do not fall into the down-storage dosingly, and that the fallen beans collect together under the baffle not disperse in the bottom-storage.
Summary of the present invention
An object of the invention is to provide a dosing device so as to alleviate the above disadvantages. The object of the invention is achieved with a dosing device, whice has functions of dosing beans into the soaking disc and dispersing beans in the soaking disc.
Therefore, the invention relates to a dosing device for automatically soaking machine. In the divcie according to the invention there is provided a top-storage 1 and a down-storage 3. characterized in 1/6 that the top-storage 1 being separated into a pantry 101 and a control room 102, the middle-storage 2 including a turntable 201 and a stator 202, the down-storage 3 including a cover 301, soaking disc 302 and a base 303, a shaft 4 penetrating the middle-storage 2, the shaft 4 unmovably connecting with the top-storage 1 and the stator 202, the shaft 4 movably connecting with the turntable 201 turnning relatively between the top-storage 1 and the stator 202, the stator 202 unmovably connecting with the down-storage 3, a first through hole 103 penetrating the bottom of the pantry 101, a second through hole 203 penetrating the turntable 201, a third through hole 204 penetrating the stator 202, the fourth through hole 304 of the cover 301 and the third through hole 204 being coaxial. The soaking disc is defined in the first cavity 307 formed by the cover and the base 303. The control room 102 of top-storage 1 including a first electric motor 104 meshing with the gear located on the edge of the turntable 201. The control room having a first position switch 106 cooperating with the first bulge 206 of the turntable 201, the first bulge 206 making the first position switch 106 generating the position signal.
Specifically, a sharing-plate 323 having a thin-walled and tapered structure, the distance between the projection from the top point of the taper to its bottom surface and its center point being greater than 1/3 of the radius of the taper, the right portion of the taper having a half-ring-like opening 324, the projection from the half-ring-like opening 324 to the bottom surface being formed by such that the right-half-circles of two concentric circles being tangent to each other by a semi circular arc, an arc wall 325 being builded along the edge of the alf-ring-like opening 324, on both sides of the arc wall 325, lugs 326 with mounting holes for mounting being disposed symmertrically.
Accroding to the invention,there are some advantages of the soaking machine, such as dosing beans into the soaking disc and dispersing beans in the soaking disc. 2/6

Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
Referring to Fig.1 and Fig.2 there is provided a dosing device for a soaking machine of an embodiment of the present invention. The dosing device comprises a top-storage 1,a middle-storage land a down-storage 3,the top-storage 1 mounted on the top of the soaking machine includes a pantry 101 for storing beans waiting for 3/6 being soaked and a control room 102 having a first electric motor 104, the pantry 101 and the control room 102 are separated by a ion arc plate(referring to Fig.7). The middle-storage 2 includs a turntable 201 and a stator 202, the down-storage 3 includs a cover 301, soaking disc 302 and a base 303, a shaft 4 penetrats the middle-storage 2, the shaft 4 unmovably and assemblly connects with the top-storage 1 and the stator 202 by the pin 401, the unmovable and assemble connect achieves by the clearance, the turntable 201 turns relatively between the top-storage 1 and the stator 202 by the above cooperations. The stator 202 unmovably and assemblly connects with the down-storage 3 by the screws.
Referring to Fig.8 each end side of the shaft 4 has a hole for mounting the pin 401, and the shaft 4 also includes a recess for receiving the circlip 402.
The shaft 4 has a circlip 402 mathed the crater located at the bottom of the turntable 201 to make the turning of the turntable 201 more free, the shaft 4 carries the weight of the turntable 201, us the gap between the the turntable 201 and the stator 202 makes them turn with a low resistance.
Referring to Fig.7, there are three first through holes 103 at the bottom of the pantry 101, the first through hole 103 penetrates the bottom of the pantry 101.
Referring to Fig.6, there are four second through holes 203 arranged to the turntable 201 penetrated by the second through hole 203. Referring to Fig.5, the stator 202 includes a third through hole 204 penetrating the stator 202, the cover 301 includes a fourth through hole 304, the fourth through hole 304 and the third through hole 204 are coaxial, the soaking disc 302 is located in the first cavity 307 formed by the cover 301 and the base 303.
Referring to Fig.3, the control room 102 includes a first electric motor 104 mounted on the mounting stage 115 by screws, the first electric motor 104 meshs with the gear located on the edge of the turntable 201. The control room 102 also includes a first position switch 106 mounted in proximity of the mounting stage 115, the 4/6 first position switch 106 cooperates with the first bulge 206 of the turntable 201, the first bulge 206 makes the first position switch 106 generating the position signal. there is provided a dodging arm 114 at the bottom of the pantry 101 to dodge the clash with the first bulge 206.
Referring to Fig.2, there is provied a panel 110 in front of the top-storage 1, the penal 110 connects the surface cover 111 located above the pantry 101 by the gemel.
Referring to Fig.1, In order to make the beans fall into the soaking disc 302 well-distributedly, avoiding maldistribution of the fallen beans, there is provided a sharing plate 323 below the fourth turough hole 304 of the cover 301 mounted to the cover 301.
Referring to Fig.9 and Fig.10, the sharing-plate 323 has a thin-walled and tapered structure, the distance between the projection from the top point of the taper to its bottom surface and its center point being greater than 1/3 of the radius of the taper, the right portion of the taper has a half-ring-like opening 324, the projection from the half-ring-like opening 324 to the bottom surface is formed by such 15o that the right-half-circles of two concentric circles being tangent to each other by a semi circular arc, an arc wall 325 is builded along the edge of the alf-ring-like opening 324, on both sides of the arc wall 325, lugs 326 with mounting holes for mounting being disposed symmertrically.
The following is the process of assembling the top-storage 1, the middle-storage 2 and the down-storage 3.
1. Mounting the circlip 402 to the corresponding position of the shaft 4; 2. Fitting the turntabel 201 into the shaft 4; 3. Fittign the stator 202 into the shaft 4; 4. Inserting the pin 401 into the hole of the shaft 4 along the recess of the stator 202; 5. Inserting the shaft 4 into the hole 112 of the bottom of the top-storage 1, the pin 401 inserts into the hole of the shaft 4 along 165 the recess located at the bottom of the top-storage 1. 5/6
The following is the process of the dosing device for the automaticcally soaking machine.
Beans are put into the pantry 101 by opening the surface cover 111 of the pantry 101, the surface cover 111 is closed after finishing the putting. The initial status is that the four second through holes 203 aligns with the three first through holes 103 located at the bottom of the pantry 101, and the other second through hole 203 of the turntabel 201 aligns with the third through hole 204 of the stator 202, therefore, three cavity for housing beans are formed in the turntabe 201 by the bottom of the stator 202. So beans fall through the first through hole 103 from the pantry 101 and finally stop in the second through hole 203.
The first electric motor woks and make the turntable 201 turn by gear meshing, beans in the second through hole 203 are moved with turning. Beans fall through the third through hole 204 into the soaking component 302 when the sencond through hole 203 turns to position where is above the third through hole of the stator 202, beans do not collect together under the third through hole because of the effects of the sharing palte 323. Some beans fall through the half-ring-like opening into the soaking component 302, and the other beans disperses along the right portion of the taper of the sharing plate 323 to the other part of the soaking componet 302 widely, beans do not fall out of the soaking machine because of the protection of the arc wall 325. The first bulge 206 of the turntable 201 touchs the first posion switch 106 when the second through hole 203 aligns with the third through hole 204, the first position switch 106 generates the position signal and send the signal to the monitor, the monitor displays the quantity of the beans fallen from the second through hole 203 aligning with the third through hole 204, the quantity of the fallen benas is rated because of the rated volume of the second through hole 203, the first electric motor 104 continues turning and repeats the process above to put the rated beans, the first electric motor 104 turns off until the quantity of the fallen beans meets the requests. 6/6

- Claims 1. A dosing device for an automatically soaking machine, comprising a top-storage (1) and a down-storage (3), characterized in that the top-storage (1) being separated into a pantry (101) and a control room (102), the middle-storage (2) including a turntable (201) and a s stator (202), the down-storage (3) including a cover (301), soaking disc (302) and a base (303), a shaft (4) penetrating the middle-storage (2), the shaft (4) unmovably connecting with the top-storage (1) and the stator (202), the shaft (4) movably connecting with the turntable (201) turnning relatively between the io top-storage (1) and the stator (202), the stator (202) unmovably connecting with the down-storage (3), a first through hole (103) penetrating the bottom of the pantry (101), a second through hole (203) penetrating the turntable (201), a third through hole (204) penetrating the stator (202), the fourth through hole (304) of the is cover (301) and the third through hole (204) being coaxial, there being a sharing-plate (323) loacated below the fourth through hole (304) of the cover (301), the control room (102) of top-storage (1) including a first electric motor (104) meshing with the gear located on the edge of the turntable (201).
- 2. A dosing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sharing-plate (323) having a thin-walled and tapered structure, the distance between the projection from the top point of the taper to its bottom surface and its center point being greater than 1/3 of the radius of the taper, the right portion of the taper having a half-ring-like opening (324), the projection from the half-ring-like opening (324) to the bottom surface being formed by such that the right-half-circles of two concentric circles being tangent to each other by a semi circular arc, an arc wall (325) being builded along the edge of the alf-ring-like opening (324), on both sides of the arc wall (325), lugs (326) with mounting holes for mounting being disposed symmertrically.
- 3. A dosing device according to any preceding claim, characterized in that the control room having a first position switch (106) cooperating with the first bulge (206) of the turntable (201), the first bulge (206) making the first position switch (106) generating the position signal.Amendments to the Claims have been filed as follows: Claims 1. A device for dispensing beans comprising an upper chamber (1) and a lower chamber (3), characterized in that the upper chamber (1) separated into a bean-holding chamber (101) and a control chamber (102) by an circular arc barrier, a middle chamber (2) comprising a turntable (201) and a fixed disc (202), the lower chamber (3) comprising a lid (301), a soaking cup (302) and a seat (303); a shaft (4) penetrating through the middle chamber (2), the shaft (4) unrotatably connected to the upper chamber (1) and the io fixed disc (202), the shaft (4) rotatably connected to the turntable (201), the turntable (201) rotating between the upper chamber (1) and the fixed disc (202) unrotatably connected to the lower chamber (3); a first through hole (103) penetrating through the base of the is bean-holding chamber (101), a second through hole (203) CO penetrating through the turntable (201), a third through hole (204) CD penetrating through the fixed disc (202), a fourth through hole (304) of the lid (301) coaxial with the third through hole (204); a dispensing plate (323) disposed below the fourth through zo hole (304), a first electric motor (104) arranged to the control chamber (102) of the upper chamber (1), the first electric motor (104) engaging with teeth located at the edge of the turntable (201) by a gear (105).2. A device for dispensing beans according to claim 1, characterized in that the main body of the dispensing plate (323) has a thin-walled and tapered structure, the distance between the projection point projected from the top point of the taper to its base surface and center point of the base surface greater than 1/3 of the radius of the taper, a half-ring-like opening (324) arranged to the right portion of the taper, the projection projected from the half-ring-like opening (324) to the base surface comprising the right-half circles of two concentric circles tangent to each other by half circle arc; an arc wall (325) formed along the edge of the half-ring-like opening (324), a lug (326) with mounting holes symmetrically arranged to the both sides of the arc wall (325).3. A device for dispensing beans according to any preceding claim, characterized in that the control chamber (102) comprising a first position switch (106) cooperating with a first bulge (206) of the turntable (201), the first bulge (206) making the first position switch (106) generating position signal.
