Therefore, the outer sock layer and the inner sock layer can be designed according to different needs of users to be of different functionalities such that the sock construction of the present invention is of the merits of such as being appealing to the eye, warm retention, moisture proof and water proof
(b) Description of the Prior Art
Socks are commonly known for their primary fUnction and application of offering protections to our feet and effective separation from shoes such that great conform of the feet can be obtained during walldng. In addition, socks too can be used as a means for retaining feet warmth or as a visual aid to one's overall outer appearance and style represented by for example the dress, outfit, shoes and socks.
Regardless all the variations, styles and colors of current socks available in the market, they arc mostly of a single stitched layer and are provided for the sole purpose of covering feet without any other ftinctions or applicability in other fields; in particulai for example, in areas of cold weathei; it is crucial to keep the feet warm in order to prevent the occunence of frostbite feet by wearing more than one pair of socks on the feet to obtain greater feet warmth.
Such wearing of more layers of socks is non-practical and is of drawbacks.
For example, as socks of different layers can be of different length, the appearance in terms of the dress style and outfit is degraded; frirthermore, the wearing of more than one layer of socks can cause severe instability between the feet and the shoes as layers of socks being independent from each other without any connections for securement and are prone to slide between layers, which may lead to lianrifiul injuries of such as body fall or ankle twist. In addition, as the sliding between layers often occurs, such layers of socks are likely to be of shorter lifetime due to all the rubbing and frictional wearing-outs between layers.
SUMMARY OF ThE. INVENTION
A primary objective of the present invention is to provide a sock construction, comprising: an outer sock layer, an inner sock layer and at least two securing lines; wherein the outer sock layer comprises an opening and an outer restraining strap provided at the opening; the inner sock layer is sleeved into an internal of the outer sock layer and comprises an opening as well as an inner restraining strap at the opening thereof the inner restraining strap and the outer restraining strap are attached to each other; and the outer sock layer and the inner sock layer are too attached to each other. In addition, a pre-folding line is formed between the inner restraining strap and the outer restraining strap such that the inner sock layer can be sleeved into the internal of the outer sock layer. The securing lines can be provided on the outer sock layer and the inner sock layer respectively by stitching, Furthermore, the outer sock layer can be made of a silk material or a waterproof material with a pattern, a figure or a character formed on an outer sin-thee thereof; whereas the inner sock layer can be made of a cotton material, a warm retention or exothermic material.
Therefore, the outer sock layer and the inner sock layer can be designed to have dual functionalities of different properties depending upon the needs of users such that the sock construction of the present invention is of the merits of at least being appealing to the eye, warm retention, moisture pmof and water proof
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
HG 1 is an illustration showing the outer appearance of the sock construction of the present invention; HG 2 is a first embodiment of the sock construction of the present invention; FIG 3 is a second embodiment of the sock construction of the present invention; and FIG 4 is an illustration showing a slate of use of the present invention.
DEtAiLED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Please refer to FIGs 1,2,3 and 4. As shown in the figures, the present invention pmvides a sock construction comprising: an outer sock layer 1, an inner sock layer 2 and at least two securing lines 4.
The outer sock layer I comprises an opening on one end thereof and an outer restraining strap 11 provided on the opening thereof The outer sock layer 1 can be made of a cotton material, a silk material or a waterproof material but is not limited to such materials only, which further comprises a pattern, a figure or a character formed on an outer surface thereof. As an illustrative example, the outer sock layer 1 can be made of any type of gauze fabric or any durable material with waterproof property and various patterns or figures can be formed on the surface thereof with computer graphic designs.
The inner sock layer 2 is sleeved into the internal of the outer sock layer 1.
The inner sock layer 2 comprises an opening and an inner restraining strap 21 provided on the opening thereof The inner restraining strap 21 of the inner sock layer 2 can be attached to the outer restraining strap 11 of the outer sock layer 1 such that the outer sock layer I and the inner sock layer 2 are attached to each other, Furthermore, a pre-folding line 3 can be formed between the inner restraining strap 21 and the outer restraining strap 11 such that the inner sock layer 2 can be sleeved into the internal of outer sock layer 1; in other words, the inner sock layer 2 forms an inner layer of the outer sock layer in such a way that the inner restraining strap 21 and the outer restraining strap ii overlap with each other. The inner sock layer 2 can be made of a cotton material, a silk material or an exothennic material but is not limited to such materials only. As an illustrative example, the inner sock layer 2 can be made of any type of cotton, wool, linen, gauze fabric or any artificial fabric including such as artificial fabrics with ftinctionalities of exothemilc warm retention or dry keeping and sweat relief.
The aforementioned securing lines 4 can be provided on the outer sock layer 1 and the inner sock layer 2 by stitching respectively, and wherein the securing lines 4can be respectively stitched onto the outer sock layer I and the inner sock layer 2 for securement thereof. In one exempi my embodiment of the present invention, one of the securing lines 4 can be stitched onto the front toe portion of the outer sock layer 1 and the inner sock layer 2 and another one of the securing lines 4 can be stitched onto the rear heel portion of the outer sock layer 1 and the inner sock layer 2 such that the outer sock layer 1 and the inner sock layer 2 are stitched together into one in oixler to overcome the drawback of wearing-outs of layers of socks due to the friction and rubbing between the outer sock layer 1 and the inner sock layer 2. Furthennore, the securing line 4 can also be stitched onto a lower sock sleeve portion between
