Abstract
250,993. Laing, J. W. Nov. 27, 1924. Moulding walls in situ. - For casting hollow concrete walls in situ, the internal shuttering is supported by depending pockets c<1> in wall-ties c and is spaced apart by upper spacing members c<2> and withdrawable cam members d which can be rotated to release the shutters, and are supported at their lower ends on the wall-ties. The shutters are made of greater length than usual and provided with steel, copper, or asbestos facing to provide a smooth surface on the wall. The inner and outer wall portions are formed of different aggregates. Specifications 154,327 and 179,170 are referred to.
