Quite often the weather is not predictable and carer and child quite often get caught up in rain, winds and dangerous sun rays. To keep removing the baby to change clothes can cause the child to become irritable and dangerous if the child cannot have the footmuff removed quickly.
The present invention proposes a solution to all these difficulties.

for the pocket is folded over the entirety to prevent unfolding whereby the unclipped strap worn around the back of the neck to hold the cover in place is disconnected from the top of the cover and then can be attached either side of the configured, bag with preferably clips and held or worn on the carriers body for transportation.
The present invention can be made from different types of materials to accommodate different weathers, temperatures or preventions or the like, different fastenings can be used, ideally velcro (R.T.M) . Outer or inner pockets can be inserted to be used to hold a dummy, toy, mobile, keys or the like, any part or all of the device may conform to a stylist shape such as a flower, car or the like, the footmuff can preferably be of a sack like enclosure but can be made to take the form of the baby's legs by simply making a divide in the lower end of the device as is done with trousers, the device can also have detachable feet An inner cover may be inserted to increase warmth inside the footmuff, by attaching with ideally poppers or the like or any Other attachment for fastening.
The device can accommodate a sunshade cover with or without a bottom pocket to accompany the device of the footmuff and rain cover or just footmuff, to attach permanently or be detachable can have ideally velcro (RIM) fastenings for attaching, or any other fastenings other than velcro (RIM). 3.
