Abstract

A connecting mechanism of a cover (1) of a toilet with easy assembly and disassembly comprises two supports (3) capable of being connected and fixed to the toilet and having support shafts (31), and an independent hinge tube (4) capable of being hinge-connected in the middle of the rear portion of the cover (1). Dampers (5) and pivot mechanisms are fitted and fixed on both ends of the hinge tube (4). The damper (5) located on the open end of the hinge tube (4) is capable of being inserted into and connected to a shaft hole of the cover. An insertion hole (61) is disposed radially on the pivot mechanism. A through hole (41) for the support shaft (31) to pass through is disposed in the hinge tube (4) at a position corresponding to the insertion hole (61). The support shaft (31) passes through the through hole (41) to be inserted into and connected to the insertion hole (61) of the pivot mechanism. A keying mechanism (7) is mounted in the middle of the hinge tube (4). A key panel (71) is fastened to an arrow-shaped push block (72). An urging rod (73) having a chamfer (74) on the top is disposed on two sides of the push block (72) respectively. The push block (72) may press against the chamfers (74) to push distal ends of the two urging rods (73) to displace toward two sides thereof to press against the pivot mechanisms. The pivot mechanisms are pressed against and controlled to lock or unlock the support shafts (31) inserted into and connected to the pivot mechanisms, and the support shafts (31) are unlocked by just one press, thereby disassembling the cover (1) from the toilet rapidly.

Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a hinge joint mechanism of a cover of a toilet, especially to a connecting mechanism of a cover of a toilet with easy assembly and disassembly.
Background of the invention
The Chinese patent CN2013039l0Y is provided with a cover of a toilet with a key control device, which includes an upper cover, a seatring, a button type lock switch with easy assembly and disassembly and a cover support, the bottom of the seatring is disposed with a sleeve of one step forming, a control cavity is disposed in the middle of the sleeve, the two ends of the sleeve are separately disposed with a lock switch, the lock switch is rotated and connected to the end of the upper cover, the shaft of the support is inserted into the lock switch; the two sides of inside of the control cavity are separately disposed with an urging rod, the key is linked to the two rods, the panel is sleeved with the key and fastened to the control cavity. The control cavity is disposed in the middle of thc sleeve, a spring is disposed between the urging rod of the control cavity and the lock switch, the key is linked to the two pushing rods, press the key, then the key pushes the urging rod to displace towards the two sides thereof and to press against the button of the lock catch of the two ends of the sleeve of the seatring, making the lock catch connected to the shaft or separated from the shaft rapidly to achieve the assembly or disassembly of the cover. The sleeve at the bottom of the seatring of the cover is one step forming, the control cavity is long, so that the rate of the products in the demoulding production is low, the service life of the mold is low; secondly the control cavities is assembled with the lock catch, the pushing rod and the key, ete, they are assembled in the cover, making the operation difficult; thirdly, the sleeve is disposed with long groove, which is easily received dirt.
Summary of the invention
To solve above problems, the present invention is provided with a connecting mechanism of a cover of a toilet with easy assembly and disassembly.
The technical proposal of the present invention is as below: A connecting mechanism of a cover of a toilet with easy assembly and disassembly comprises two supports capable of being connected and fixed to the toilet and having support shafts, and an independent hinge tube capable of being hinge-connected in the middle of the rear portion of the cover. Dampers and pivot mechanisms are fitted and fixed on both ends of the hinge tube. The damper located on the open end of the hinge tube is capable of being inserted into and connected to a shaft hole of the cover. An insertion hole is disposed radially on the pivot mechanism. A through hole for the support shaft to pass through is disposed in the hinge tube at a position corresponding to the insertion hole. The support shaft passes through the through hole to be inserted into and connected to the insertion hole of the pivot mechanism. A keying mechanism is mounted in the middle of the hinge tube. A key panel is fastened to an arrow-shaped push block.
An urging rod having a chamfer on the top is disposed on two sides of the push block respectively.
The push block may press against the chamfers to push distal ends of the two urging rods to displace toward two sides thereof to press against the pivot mechanism. The pivot mechanisms are pressed against and controlled to lock or unlock the support shaft inserted into and connected to the pivot mechanisms, and the support shafts are unlocked by just one press, thereby disassembling the cover from the toilet rapidly.
The advantageous effects of the present invention are as below: the dumper and the pivot mechanism are assembled inside the hinge tube, the pivot mechanism and the support shaft are inserted and connected to foim a quick hinge, making the structure compact and strong connection; with a keying mechanism, the cover is disassembled from the toilet rapidly by just one press.

Detailed description of the embodiment
The present invention will be further descried with the drawings and the embodiments.
The first embodiment: As figured in the fig. I to fig.], the connecting mechanism of a cover of a toilet with easy assembly and disassembly, two shafts 2 are pivot joint in the both sides of the rear portion of the cover I; the support 3 with two support shafts 31 is fixed to the toilet; a hinge tube 4 is disposed between the two shafts 2, both ends of the hinge tube 4 are separately fixed with a damper 5 and a button lock switch 6. the damper shaft 51 of the damperS in the open end of the hinge tube 4 is inserted to the shaft 2; the button lock switch 6 of the present invention has press unlock function and press reposition function, that is to say, if the button is pressed, the support shaft 31 of the support 3 is pulled out of the insertion hole 61 of the lock switch 6, at the same time the self locking mechanism inside is driven when the support shaft 31 is pulled out to make the lock switch 6 repositioned; the circuit insertion hole 61 radially placed in the button lock switch 6 is corresponding to the through hole 4] of the hinge tube 4; the support shaft 41 passes through the through hole to be inserted into and connected to the insertion hole 61 of the button lock switch 6; the hinge tube 4 is disposed with a keying mechanism 7 in the middle, the key panel 71 is fastened to an arrow shaped push block 72. an urging rod 72 having a chamfer 74 on the top is disposed on the two sides of the push block 72 separately, the push block 72 may press against the chamfers 74 to push distal ends of the two urging rods 73 to displace toward two sides thereof to press against the button lock switch 6; to disassemble the cover I form the toilet, press the key panel 71 of the keying mechanism 7 to drive the arrow shaped push block 72 press against the chamfer 74 on the top of the urging rod 73, making the urging rod 73 moving towards the two sides thereof press the button to release the lock of the button lock switch 6 to the support shaft, pull the cover 1 up, the support shaft of the support 3 leaves of the insertion hole 61 of the lock switch 6 and the through hole 41 of the hinge tube 4, making the cover I disassembled from the toilet rapidly; at the same time the support shaft 31 drives the self locking mechanism inside the lock switch 6 to make the lock switch 6 repositioned.
The second embodiment: As figured in the fig.4 to the fig.9, a connecting mechanism of a cover of a toilet with easy assembly and disassembly includes a hinge tube 4, a lock switch 6, a damper 5, a shaft 2, a support 3 and a keying mechanism 7. two shafts 2 are separately pivot joint to the two sides in the rear portion of the cover ( which includes an upper cover and a seatring), the hinge tube 4 is disposed in the space between the two shafts 2, both ends of the hinge tube 4 are disposed with a damper 5, the shaft 2 is inserted and connected to the damper shaft 51 of the damper 5, the hinge tube 4 is disposed with a keying mechanism 7 in the middle, the key panel 74 is fastened to the arrow shaped push block 72, the urging rod 73 is disposed with a chamfer 74 on the top, the push block 72 may press against the chamfers 74 to push distal ends of the two urging rods 73 to displace toward two sides thereof; the lock switch 6 is fixed to the hinge tube 4 between the keying mechanism 7 and the damper 5, the button 62 is sleeved with a spring 63 and assembled to one end of the fixed shaft 60 to form a lock switch 6, the button 62 is disposed with a reducing pin 64, which includes a major diameter lock shaft 66 and a minor diameter shaft 65; the urging rods 73 in the two ends of the keying mechanism 7 are linked to the button 62. The support shaft 31 of the support 3 is a square shaped and flake shaft, the top of the flake shaft 31 is disposed with a U shaped lock catch 32 compositing a narrow top breach 33 and a wide bottom lock hole 34.
Connect the bottom of the support 3 to the toilet, put the support shaft 31 to pass through the through hole 41 of the hinge tube 4 and insert into the square insertion hole 61 of the fixed shaft 6, during the inserting, the breach 33 of the U shaped lock catch leaves way to the minor diameter shaft 65 to make the minor diameter shaft 65 moving to the lock hole 34 and the chamfer on the top of the breach 33 pressed against the change-over chamfers of the Jock shaft 66 and the minor diameter shaft 65 to push the reducing pin 64 and the button 62 moving together, the spring 63 is compressed by the button 62, when the minor diameter shaft 65 reaches to the lock hole 34, the reducing pin 64 is moved back and repositioned with the restoring force of the spring 63, the lock shaft 66 of the reducing pin 64 is inserted into the lock hole 34 to connect the fixed shaft 60 of the lock switch 6 and the square flake shaft 31, that is the lock of the lock switch 6 to the flake shaft 3lof the support and the cover I is rapidly assembled and pivot joint to the toilet.
To disassemble the cover I from the toilet, press the key panel 71 of the keying mechanism 7; the key panel 71 drives the arrow shaped push block 72 to press against the chamfer 74 on the top of the urging rods 73 in the two ends thereof, the push block 72 pushed the two urging rod3 73 to move toward the two ends thereof to press against the button 62 of the lock switch 6, the button 62 self locks, the spring 63 is compressed, at the same time the lock shaft 66 of the reducing pin 64 is separated from the lock hole 34 of the flake shaft 31, the lock switch 6 releases the lock to the flake shaft3 1 of the support 3, the breach 33 leaves way to the minor diameter shaft 65 of the reducing pin 64, pull the cover 1 up, the minor diameter shaft 65 is pulled out of the breach 33, making the fixed shaft 60 of the lock switch 6 in the hinge tube 4 separated from the support shaft 31 of the support 3, that is the disassembly of the cover 1 from the toilet. During disassembling, the flake shaft 31 drives the trigger mechanism of the lock switch 6 to make the button repositioned, the spring 63 is repositioned, the reducing pin 64 is repositioned, the button 62 pushes the urging rod 73 of the keying mechanism 7, the chamfer 67 of the urging rod 73 pushes the push block 72, the key panel 71 is repositioned.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
Industrial applicability
The present invention is disposed with a keying mechanism. Once the keying mechanism is pressed, the cover is disassembled form the toilet.
