Claims (12)

  1. Fastening device for a toilet lid (11) and a toilet seat (12) on a ceramic toilet,
    with a seat joint (13) and a lid joint (14) on the assembly side of the toilet lid (11) and the toilet seat (12),
    with a damping unit, comprising of a minimum of one damping unit (23) and a minimum of one pivot (26), which engages in the joints in the assembled condition (13,14),
    whereby, the damping unit (23) is fully installed in a sleeve (20), out of which the pivot (26) protrudes at least partly at one end of the sleeve (20),
    with a minimum of one mandrel (21), which is attached to the sleeve (20),
    each with one mounting (31) per mandrel (21), which is attached to the ceramic toilet by an elongated hole (36) and has a mandrel receptacle (37),
    characterized in that,
    the mounting (31) includes a pad (40) which, at least partly (37), protrudes into the mandrel receptacle
    and, simultaneously, the pad (40) forms the bottom of the mounting (31), on which the mounting (31) rests on the ceramic toilet,
    that the pad (40) includes mat webs inside (42) on the inner wall of the mandrel receptacle (37) using mat guides inside (39),
    that the pad (40) is manufactured from a material that has a greater friction force than the material of the mounting (31), for example, is made from rubber and
    that the mandrel (21), which can be removed, is retained by the friction force of the pad (40), which effectively works on the mandrel by the mat guides inside (39).

Fastening device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the mounting (31) is provided with a latch guide (32), into which a latching device can be introduced, which, when the toilet lid (11) and toilet seat (12) are assembled, engages into a groove (22) provided on the mandrel (21) and, thus, retains the mandrel, which can be removed, in its position.
  7. Fastening device in accordance with claim 6, characterized in that the latching device comprises of a latching catch (33), which is pressed by a latching spring (34) in the direction of the mandrel receptacle (37), whereby, the latching spring (34) is retained by a latching cover (35) in the inside of the latch guide (32).
  8. Fastening device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that two damping units (23) are installed in the sleeve (20), which are each pressed by a sleeve spring (24) in the direction of the joints (13,14).
  9. Fastening device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the damping units (23) in the sleeve (20) are guided by a fitting device (25) and cannot be rotated.
  10. Fastening device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the mountings (31) are attached to the ceramic toilet by an assembly device (50).
  11. Fastening device in accordance with claim 10, characterized in that the assembly device (50) are dowels, with which the mountings (31) are firmly connected by screws by means of the elongated holes (36) and are aligned inside the elongated holes (36).
  12. Fastening device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the cover (30) is retained by the friction force of the pad (40), which effectively works on the cover on the pad guide outside (38) and can be removed.
