Description
THE SMART GIRL JEWELLERY RACK
Description
The purpose of the Smart Girl Jewellery Rack is to provide the user with an all in one multi-purpose jewellery storage and display unit which can be mounted either on a table top or on the floor for personal usage.
The top section is called the primary platform-page 1-figure 1 which has a central bore hole where the ball bearing housing page i-figure la is placed.
On either side of the central borehole are four bore holes (two on either side) page 1-figures lb. ic, id, le in which four placement nuts page i-figures if, ig, ih, ii are inserted and glued in place.
The four placement nuts will act as fixture points for the holes page i-figures 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d at the base of the central mirror frame page 1-figure2.
Four bolts page 1-figures 2e, 2f, 2g, 2h are then screwed in through the four holes at the base of central mirror frame.
The central mirror frame is fashioned from a single strip which is formed around the mirror page 1-figure 2p.
The corresponding holes at the base of the frame are then secured to the primary platform by four central mirror frame base bolts (2 on either side of the structure) into the four placement nuts that have been fixed into place.
The mirror has two bolts page i-figures 2h, 2i, which is secured on either side through the drilled holes of the central mirror frame.
These two bolts acts as two main pivotal points which makes the mirror turn 360 degrees in either direction.
On the lower part of the central mirror frame there are two pre cut pipes page i-figures 2j, 2k, with two central mirror frame bolts page 1-figures 21, 2m, going through both the pipes and the central mirror frame with two nuts page i-figures Zn, 2o which are then tightened and secured at the ends of the bolts.
Four additional holes page i-figures lj, 1k, ii, im are drilled right through the primary platform.
Four washers page 1-figures 3i, 3j, 3k, 31 are then placed in between the bottom of each of the four bangle dowels page 1-figures 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and the primary platform.
The four bangle dowels are then fastened from underneath the primary platform by four dowel bolts page i-figures 3m, 3n, 3o, 3p which are then attached to each of the four internal placement nuts page i-figures 3e, 3f, 3g, 3h at the base of the four bangle dowels and tightened until upright.
Two more bore holes page 1-figures in, io, are drilled a 113rd of a way into the top section of the primary platform.
These holes are for two ring dowels page i-figures 4a, 4b which are inserted from above and into the primary platform.
Three more holes page i-figures ip, lq, lr,are drilled right through the primary platform and then four washers page 1-figures 4f, 4g, 4h,are placed in between the bottom of each of the three ring dowels page 1-figures 4c, 4d, 4e, and the primary platform.
Then three ring dowels are fastened from underneath the primary platform by three ring dowel bolts page 1-figures 41, 4j, 4k which are then attached each of the three internal placement nuts page 1-figures 41, 4m, 4n, at the base of the three bangle dowels and tightened until upright.
The next section of the Jewellery rack is called the secondary platform This platform has a bore hole which houses a ball bearing unit page 1-figure 5a.
The outer edge of this secondary platform has five equi distant bore holes and five placement nuts page 1-figures Sb, Sc, Sd, Se, Sf which are glued and secured and that acts as anchor points for the base plate page 1-figure 6f of the fine mesh frame page 1-figure 6.
This platform has a fine mesh frame so that stud and hook back earrings can be mounted.
The base plate of the fine mesh frame will also have five equi distant bore holes page 1-figures 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e so that five secondary platform bolts page 1-figures Sg, Sh, Si, Sj, 5k can be threaded through each of the five bore holes at the base of fine mesh frame and screwed straight into the five placement nuts within the secondary platform.
The next section of the Jewellery rack is called the tertiary platform page 1-figure 7 This platform has a bore hole which houses a ball bearing unit page 1-figure 7a.
The outer edge of the tertiary platform has five equi-distant bore holes and five placement nuts page 1-figures 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f which are glued and secured that will act as anchor points for the base plate page 1-figure 8f of the large mesh frame page 1-figure 8.
This platform has a large mesh frame so that necklaces, brooches and large clip-on earrings can be mounted and displayed.
The base plate of the large mesh frame will also have five equi distant bore holes page 1-figures 8a, 8b,8c, 8d, 8e so that tertiary platform bolts page 1-figures 7g, 7h, 7i, 7j, 7 can be threaded through each of the five bore holes at the base of large mesh frame and screwed straight into the five placement nuts embedded within the tertiary platform.
The final section of the Jewellery rack is the base platform page 1-figure9 This has a bore hole page 1-figure 9a for where the central machine bolt page 1-figure 10 and page 2-figure 1 will be inserted.
Four equ i-distant boreholes page 1-figures 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e are drilled through the base platform.
Then each of the four base supports page 1-figures 9f, 9g, 9h, 9i has holes drilled through the top and base support placement nuts page 1-figures 9j, 9k, 91, 9m are inserted, glued and secured in place.
Four washers page 1-figures 9n, 9o, 9p, 9q are then placed over the top of the four base supports and then the four base support bolts page 1-figures 9r, 95, 9t, 9u are screwed in place from above through the base platform, through the washers and into the base support placement nuts which are then tightened and secured.
The primary, secondary, tertiary and base platforms are now individually assembled.
The full and final assembly process of the Jewellery rack can commence.
The central machine bolt page 2-figure 1 can be put through the 15t ball bearing unit page 2-figure 2 of the primary platform page 2-figure 3 and then the 1st central machine bolt nut page 2-figure 4 can be screwed and tightened from below the primary platform The primary platform can now rotate 360 degrees on the central machine bolt axis in either a clockwise or anti clockwise manner.
The central machine bolt then goes through the 2 ball bearing unit page 2-figure 5 of the secondary platform page 2-figure 6 and then the 2nd central machine bolt nut page 2-figure 7 can be screwed and tightened below the secondary platform.
The secondary platform can now rotate 360 degrees on it's central machine bolt axis in either a clockwise or anti clockwise manner.
The central machine bolt then goes through the 3rd ball bearing unit page 2-figure 8 of the tertiary platform page 2-figure 9 The 3rd central machine bolt nut page 2-figure 10 is screwed and tightened below the tertiary platform The tertiary platform can now rotate 360 degrees on it's central machine bolt axis in either a clockwise or anti clockwise manner.
The 1st base platform washer page 2-figure 11 is then inserted under the 3rd central machine bolt nut THE central machine bolt is then inserted through the central bore hole of the base platform page 2-figure 12.
The 2nd base platform washer page 2-figure 13 is then inserted under the base platform.
The 4th central machine bolt nut page 2-figure 14 is screwed and tightened below the 2nd base platform washer.
Finally a central machine bolt cap nut page 2-figure 15 is tightened and secured under the 4th central machine bolt nut.
The primary, secondary and tertiary platforms will now move independently of each other at 360 degrees on a substantial horizontal plane in either a clockwise or anticlockwise manner.
