Abstract
A dual-purpose folder comprises a main body 10 consisting of a bearing plate 11, upper/lower 12, 13 and left/right 14, 15 folded plates. A first mobile folded plate 20 consists of two first folding flanges 21, with a first insertion strip 211 formed on the first folding flange 21; and a second mobile folded plate 30, consisting two second folding flanges 31, having a second insertion strip 311 formed on the second folding flange 31. There is provided a folding locating position, consisting of first and second folding insertion holes 41, 42; and a framing locating position, consisting of first and second framing insertion holes 51, 52. When the first and second insertion strips 211, 311 on the first and second folding flanges 21, 31 are separately inserted into the first and second folding insertion holes 41, 42 of the folding locating position, the upper, lower, left and right folded plates 12, 13, 14, 15 of the main body can be covered onto the bearing plate 11 in a folding state, to create a folder (figs 3(a)-3(d)). Alternatively, when the first and second insertion strips 211, 311 are separately inserted into first and second framing insertion holes 51, 52 of the framing locating position, the upper, lower, left and right folded plates 12, 13, 14, 15 of the main body can be incorporated into a standing frame, thus forming a holding space with the bearing plate 11 (figs 4(a)-4(c)).
