Abstract

A closed ended orifice is used as a heat exchanger in the burning of hydroxygen gas, which is also known as oxyhydrogen, HHO, hydroxy, hydro hydroxy, water gas, water fuel or Brown's gas. Unlike conventional heat exchanger tubes which have an inlet and an outlet, the disclosed heat exchanger only has an inlet. A single burner may be used in conjunction with a closed ended orifice heat exchanger. Alternatively, multiple burners may be used in conjunction with a number of closed ended orifice heat exchangers. Preferably, the closed ended orifice heat exchangers are used in various applications including small household boilers, large industrial boilers and power stations, heat elements for various household appliances, large industrial food preparation applications, as well as heat to air applications. In use, the heat exchanger is designed to be very efficient as the heat from the flame moving into the heat exchanger has no escape, and no heat passes through the heat exchanger, only into the heat exchanger. Furthermore, the need for carbon capture technology is greatly reduced as no pollutants are released by the combustion of the hydroxygen gas used as the heat source in the closed ended orifice heat exchanger.

Description

Closed Ended Orifice Heat Exchanger.
Description:
To use a closed end orifice as a heat exchanger, in the burning of hydroxygen gas (also known as* HHO, Hydroxy and Hydro Hydroxy, Water gas of Water Fuel.) as a heat source, a hydroxygen gas flame is directed, from an appropriate appliance, in metal, ceramic or stone, at a closed end orifice of any length (orifice being a pipe, tube, cylinder, hole, pore, rife, slot, inlet, slit, crack, crevice, opening, aperture or perforation) in order to transfer heat, from the hydroxygen combustion to the surrounding material.
Unlike conventional heat exchanger tubes that have an inlet and outlet at the opposite end, the described heat exchanger only has an inlet.
Application of this device is possible in a conventionally fired heat exchanger only with slight modification, when adapting an appliance to rork using hydroxygen gas. A mixed gas derived from water by electrolysis. Cam
