Description
AEROBIC EXERCISE APPARATUS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an aerobic exercise apparatus and, more particularly, to an aerobic exercise apparatus combined with elastic-force-adjustable ropes, which is used for training muscles and developing bodies.
Description of the Prior Art
Most people nowadays are busy for their work and live in a rapid way. Thus, they spend relatively less time doing outdoor exercises. In order to help people doing indoor exercises, various exercise apparatuses have been invented.
As shown in Fig. 9, a conventional aerobic exercise apparatus "a" mainly comprises a base "a 1" and supporting legs "a2" disposed on two ends of the base "a I".
Users can develop their bodies and lose weight by doing various exercises on the base "al" together with aerobic dance. Besides, by stepping up and down, their cardio-respiratory function can be strengthened, the forms of their buttocks and the muscles of their legs developed, and their endurance also increased.
However, the aerobic exercise apparatus "a" is designed mainly for training lower parts of body and has less effect for training and developing the muscles of the upper part body.
In order to overcome the disadvantages of a conventional aerobic exercise apparatus described above used for developing and training body muscles and for improving their health, the motive of the inventor is to try and develop the present invention after hard research.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide an aerobic exercise apparatus, wherein elastic-force-adjustable ropes extend out of two ends of the case for users to train and develop their muscles of their bodies.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an aerobic exercise apparatus, wherein the number of the ropes extending out of two ends of the case can be altered for changing the elastic force to meet different standards users desire.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an aerobic exercise apparatus, wherein the circling length of the elastic ropes is lengthened for users to pull in a long distance, so that users can train and develop their different muscles of their bodies via different postures.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an aerobic 1 5 exercise apparatus, comprising a case, at least a position-fixing member, and at least two elastic ropes. The case have two ends provided with a first opening and a second opening respectively and an inner space therein. Each position-fixing member is located in the inner space and includes at least a fixing part and at least a wheel. One end of one rope is fixed to the fixing part, and the other end extends out of the first opening after circling at least one wheel and is connected with a handle. One end of another rope is fixed to the fixing part, and the other end extends out of the second opening after circling at least one wheel and is connected with another handle.
The following detailed description, given by way of examples and not intended to limit the invention solely to the embodiments described herein, will best be understood in Conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
As shown in Figs. 1-3 of a first embodiment according to the present invention, an aerobic exercise apparatus I comprises a case 2, at least a position-fixing member 3, at least two elastic ropes 4, 4', and two handles 5, 5'. The case I has two ends provided with a first opening 21 and a second opening 22 respectively and an inner space 23 therein. The position-fixing member 3 is located in the inner space 23 and each member 3 includes at least a fixing part 31 and at least a wheel 32. One end of one elastic rope 4 is fixed to the fixing part 31, and the other end extends out of the first 21 after circling at feast one wheel 32 and is connected with a handle 5. One end of another elastic rope 4' is fixed to the fixing part 31, and the other end extends out of the second opening 22 after circling at least one wheel 32 and is connected with another handle 5'.
In this embodiment, the case 2 is rectangular and, for the safety, has a plurality of raised lines 26 thereon for users exercising without slipping. The case I further includes a cover 24 and a base 25 covered by the cover 24. The inner space 23 of the case is formed after assembling the cover 24 and the base 25. Besides, the cover 24 has two ends provided with the first opening 21 and the second opening 22 respectively. The base 25 further includes a base plate 251 and supporting legs 252 disposed on two ends of the base plate 251. Each supporting leg 252 further includes an upper supporting leg 253 and a lower supporting leg 254. In practice, the upper supporting leg 253 and the lower supporting leg 254 can be used to separately adjust the height of the aerobic exercise apparatus I according to the need of users.
The number of the position-fixing members 3 is two. Each position-fixing member 3 includes one fixing part 31 and three groups of wheels. The fixing part 31 can be a column extending from the bottom surface of the cover 24 downwardly, a column extending from the upper surface upwardly, or a hook. Besides, each group of the wheels 32 includes an upper wheel 33 and a lower wheel 33 on the same axis.
The number of the elastic ropes 4, 4' is four. One end of two elastic ropes 4 is fixed to the fixing part 31, and the other end extends out of the first opening 21 of the cover 24 after circling the upper wheels 33 and the lower wheels 34 of the three groups of the wheels 32 and is connected with a handle 5. One end of the other two elastic ropes 4' is fixed to another fixing part 31, and the other end extends out of the second opening 22 of the cover 24 after circling the upper wheels 33 and the lower wheels 34 of the three r groups of the wheels 32 and is connected with another handle 5'.
Figs. 4-6 shows the schematic views showing the using state of the first embodiment of the present invention. Users can use different ways to exercise according to different muscles of their bodies they want to train and develop. Users can work in different exercise by pulling two elastic ropes 4 extending out of one end of the case I upwardly, by pulling four elastic ropes 4 extending out of two ends of the case I upwardly, or by pulling two elastic ropes 4 extending out of one end of the case I horizontally. In practice, users can use a handle 5, 5' connected with one elastic rope 4, 4' but not with another elastic rope 4, 4' extending from the same end to decrease the pull force.
Fig. 7 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the number of the elastic ropes 4, 4' is two. One end of one elastic ropes 4 is fixed to the fixing part 6, and the other end extends out of the first opening 21 of the cover 24 after circling three wheels 7 to be connected with a handle 5. One end of the other elastic rope 4' is fixed to another fixing part 61. and the other end extends out of the second opening 22 of the cover 24 after circling three wheels 71 to be connected with another handle 5'.
Fig. 8 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the position-fixing member 8 includes two fixing parts 81, 82 and three groups of the wheels 83. Each group of the wheels 83 includes an upper wheel 831 and a lower wheel 832 on the same axis. Besides, the number of the elastic ropes 4, 4' is two. One end of one elastic ropes 4 is fixed to the fixing part 81, and the other end extends out of the first opening 21 of the cover 24 after circling the upper wheels 83 1 of the three groups of the wheels 83. One end of the other elastic rope 4' is fixed to another fixing part 81, and the other end extends Out of the second opening 22 of the cover 24 after circling the lower wheels 832 of the three groups of the wheels 83.
Thereby, the present invention has the following advantages: I. The present invention can provide an aerobic exercise apparatus, wherein the elastic ropes extending from two ends of the case can be used for users to train and develop their muscles.
2. The present invention can provide an aerobic exercise apparatus, wherein the elastic force is adjustable by changing the number of the ropes extending from two ends of the case to meet different needs from users.
3. The present invention can provide an aerobic exercise apparatus, wherein the circling length of the elastic ropes is lengthened for users to pull in a long distance, so that users can train and develop muscles of their bodies via different postures.
Accordingly, as disclosed in the above description and attached drawings, the present invention can provide an aerobic exercise apparatus to develop and train users' muscles of their bodies and improve their health. It is new and can be put into industrial use.
It should be understood that different modifications and variations could be made from the teaching disclosed above by the people familiar in the art, without departing the spirit of the present invention.
