Abstract

A flush control facility for a siphon-discharge W.C. cistern comprises a siphon-breaker valve optionally mounted in a spare flush handle mounting aperture in the front wall of a W.C. cistern. A vent pipe extends between the valve and the siphon. The valve is operable to vent air through the pipe into the siphon and thereby break the siphonic action.

PUSH IT INTO THE SYPHON -BY PULLING UP OR PUSHING DOWN YOU CAN
REGULATE THE AMOUNT OF WATER TO 4 Litres FLUSHES, THAT IS PLENTY OF WATER TO CLEAR URINE AND SMALL FLUSHES, AND IS ACIIVATED BY PRESSING DOWN THE HANDLE AS NORMAL.

NOW BEING A DUEL FLUSHING 4 or 6 Litre CISTERN, IT ALISO CUTS ThE AMOUNT OF WATER USED BY 50%, AND THE AMOUNT OF SEWERAGE TREATED. z

  1. THIS INVENTION RELATES TO A VACUUM TUBE TOILET WATER & SEWERAGE SAVER
    VACUUM TUBE TOILET WATER ADJUSTER
    MOST PEOPLE WASTE HALF THE WATER NEADED TO FLUSH THERE
    TOILET USING ON AVERAGE 9 LITRES PER FLUSH INCLUDING JUST URINE AND LIGHT SOLIDS.
    THE PLANE END OF THE VACUUM TUBE IS PUSHED DOWN THE
    HOLE MADE IN THE TOP OF THE SYPHON FIG 2 THE PURPOSE
    OF THIS IS WHEN THE WATER IN THE CISTERN GETS BELOW THE
    END OF THE VACUUM TUBE iT BREAKES THE VACUUM AND STOPS THE WATER FROM FLUSHING, ADJUSTING THE VACUUM TUBE WILL ALLOW ONLY 4 Litres OF WATER TO FLUSH, INSTEAD OF 9 Litres AS BEFORE, THIS WORKS BY PULLING DOWN THE LEAVER, 4 Litres IS
    SUFFICIENT FOR URINE AND SMALL SOLIDS
    FOR HEAVY SOLIDS, PULL THE LEVER AND PLACE YOUR THUMB OVER THE GREEN TUBE IN FRONT OF THE CISTERN, WHEN EMPTY THAT FLUSH WOULD HAVE BEEN 6 Litres, IF YOU WANT TO STOP THE WATER FROM FLUSHING BEFORE EMPTYING, REMOVE THUMB FROM HOLE. DOING THIS BREAKS THE VACUUM AND STOPS THE WATER FROM FLUSHING.
