Abstract

243,915. Carter, E. Jan. 9, 1925. Cushions.-Springs carried by an underframe of transverse or longitudinal battens are detachably secured to the battens and to the upholstered superstructure by deformable clips to permit of the removal of individual springs. The clips are secured by central bolts H to the battens B and to an upper fabric sheet D respectively, and comprise a plate F with projecting lugs f which are bent over the end turn of the spring.
