Abstract

Rotary apparatus. - The rotary spraying-member 14 of an apparatus for damping fabrics is provided with a series of perforated and corrugated or wavy discs 15; the edges of the discs are preferably tapered to a knife edge. The spray is thrown against a deflector 20 and passes through a wire-gauge screen 20<1>; a further diffusion is obtained by means of air jets 21 projected across the rear of the screen.
