Abstract

A re-usable/disposable pouch 1 that incorporates a foiled lining 4 to enable cigarettes/cigars stubs to be placed inside and extinguished and stored until disposal. The pouch incorporates a pocket 5 (Figure 3) for holding papers to wrap chewing gum to be placed inside the foiled interior until disposed of. The pouch is manufactured using biodegradable materials.

DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a pouch to be used for the disposal of cigarette/cigar stubs and/or chewing gum.
Disposal of cigarette/cigar stubs and chewing gum poses particular problems in cities and the countryside. An object of this invention is to provide a portable method of disposal of these items.
This invention provides a safe method of disposal that is portable and reusable/disposable. The pouch incorporates a foiled lining to enable cigarettes/cigars to be placed inside and extinguished safe from fire risk. The pouch holds cigarette/cigar stubs without odour until they are disposed of.
The pouch incorporates a pocket for holding papers to wrap chewing gum to be placed inside the foiled interior until disposed of.
The pouch is manufactured using biodegradable materials.
A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing in which: FIGURE 1 shows the front view of the closed pouch.
FIGURE 2 shows the front view of the open pouch.
FIGURE 3 shows the rear view of the closed pouch.
As shown in Figure 1 the pouch comprises a small envelope 1 with an opening flap 2 secured by a press stud 3.
Figure 2 shows the foiled lining 4 within the pouch that enables cigarettes/cigars to be placed into and extinguished and stored until disposed of.
Figure 3 shows the rear of the pouch and the pocket 5 that holds papers that can be used to wrap chewing gum to be placed in the pouch until disposed of.
The flap 2 to the pouch 1 is opened to reveal a foiled lining 4 into which can be inserted cigarette/cigar stubs. The flap is then closed and the pouch secured with the press stud 3.
This enables the cigarette/cigar stubs to be extinguished and stored until disposed of safely. The pocket 5 holds papers that are used to wrap chewing gum that is then placed within the foiled interior until disposed of. ?

Claims (7)

1. A portable re-usable/disposable pouch for the disposal of cigarette/cigar stubs and/or chewing gum.
2. A pouch as claimed in Claim 1 that incorporates a foiled lining that when closed extinguishes cigarette/cigar stubs.
3. A pouch as claimed in any preceding claim that closes and holds cigarette/cigar stubs safe from fire risk.
4. A pouch as claimed in any preceding claim that holds cigarette/cigar stubs without odour until they are disposed of.
5. A pouch as claimed in any preceding claim that incorporates a pocket for holding papers to wrap chewing gum to be placed inside the foiled interior until disposed of.
6. A pouch as claimed in any preceding claim that is manufactured using biodegradable materials.
7. A pouch substantially as herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
