Abstract

The subject of the present invention is an ashtray characterised in that it is made up of a pocket made from a flexible material such as metal, aluminium or paper lined with aluminium, which is flame-resistant (fireproof), covered with a coating such as a plastic film enabling the sides of the pouch to be sealed, thereby ensuring that the said pouch is airtight, the paper lined with aluminium, or the flexible complex, or the heat-sealable layer, or the glue, are fireproofed, the site of the sealing is coated with a weakly adhering adhesive, or with a glue which permanently seals the pocket which is coated on the back with an adhesive product, enabling it to be attached on to something. These adhesive pockets enable the user to get rid of ashes and lighted stubs at any time, they can be stuck on to cigarette packets and bigger ones can be used by the public and are easily replaceable; finally, as barbecue ash pan pockets, they can be used for recovering the ashes and the unused charcoal.

The smoker cannot always take with him a rigid box to deposit the ashes or butts. The barbecue user does not always have with him the container for the measurement of the remains of the ashes still burning unnecessarily

SOLUTION PROVIDED
A flexible "ashtray" packaging whose closing location is adhesive-coated, which has the effect of closing the sachet: the lack of oxygen and therefore the extinction of combustion. By adding the adhesive on the back of the Fo ~ hette, it can be applied to any surface.

On the other hand, the barbecue ash packaging bag only requires an adhesive closure. It results from our invention: a cleaner environment without ashes or butts, the possibility of putting out what we smoke at any time and place, and the recovery of the uneaten,
which means: savings and reduced fire danger.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
A non-rigid packaging, readily available at any time made of one of the materials, resistant to the small burning hearth of a cigarette, cigar or pipe and resistant
even at the larger barbecue hearth, which has become useless dangerous and uneconomic, after cooking a meal.

The pouch is made of flexible material characterized by its resistance to a hot hearth, covered with a coating which allows the sides of the bag to be welded, thus ensuring airtight closure, preventing the supply of oxygen. This material can be: paper lined with aluminum foil, pure aluminum or any other flexible metal or: a complex of different materials resistant to a burning hearth. The heat-sealable layer can be a laminated plastic film, a coating or even an adhesive allowing a closure characterized by its air tightness.

The aluminum-lined paper, or the flexible complex can be fireproofed and the heat-sealable layer or the glue can also be fireproofed, thus preventing the combustion of the packaging.

The ashtray pocket can also be manufactured by folding which does not require welding of the sides and is called an envelope.

The place of closure of the pouch is coated with a low-adhesion adhesive called "removable" thus allowing the pouch to be opened and closed several times, this giving a use called "repbtition". But we can also use a permanent glue which definitively closes the pouch, which means a "unique" use. This "ashtray" pouch can also be coated on the back with a sticky product, allowing its application on the pack of cigarettes, cigars or tobacco. In the case of a self-adhesive coating, the adhesive can be of the "permanent" or "removable" type, in this case the adhesive is protected by a silicone paper or plastic, which is removed during use. .

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION
The application is mainly intended for the general consumer smoker who suddenly arrives at a non-smoking place. Instead of throwing the ashes or the cigarette anywhere, we recommend to retract the butts in a small flexible and personal ashtray. This ashtray can be stuck on the tobacco packaging, in this case it will be sticky on the back.This ashtray can also be presented in the form of: bundle strip, case (in this case it will be more economical not to stick it to the back).

 Ur, e industrial application would be to stick these flexible ashtrays in places of strong sporadic influxes and to replace them regularly by applying them and removing simply by their adhesive back.

A larger flexible ashtray will be very useful in places where barbecues are used. We are improving the recovery of uneaten wood, the ashes that are still good for gardening, and we are reducing the dangers of abandoned barbecue while eating in the peaceful atmosphere of alfresco dining.

Ashtray characterized in that it consists of a pocket made of a flexible material such as metal, aluminum or paper lined with aluminum, resistant to a hot hearth, covered with a coating such as plastic film allowing welding sides of the bag, thus ensuring the airtight closure thereof. 2.Pouch according to claim 1, characterized in that the aluminum-lined paper, or the flexible complex, or the heat-sealable layer, or the adhesive, are flame retardant.  -: pocket according to claim t and 2, characterized! in that the closing point is coated with a low-adhesion adhesive, or with an adhesive which permanently closes the pouch. 4.Pouch according to any one of claims t to 3 characterized in that it is coated on the back with a sticky product, allowing its application
