Abstract

A sealer nozzle comprises a main body with female threads at each end for connection to a sealer cartridge and interchangeable tip sections. The tips include a straight nozzle, forty five and ninety degree angled nozzles and an end cap for air tight sealing of the main body.

Description

DESCRIPTION
Sealer nozzle complete with interchangable tips. This product would be used as a sealer cartridge nozzle complete with interchangable tips set at different angles, and a cap end.
The product would be made from extruded PVC and could be made in clear, white or any other colour required to donate the eolour of the sealer inside the cartridge.
The assembly would consist of: 1) Main body nozzle c/w. female threads at each end of the nozzle so as to attach to the sealer tube and to the nozzle tips.
2) 90 angle tip for tight and awkward area's.
3) Straight nozzle for straight edge sealing.
4) End cap for air tight sealing of main body nozzle.
5) 45 angle tip also for awkward sealing area's where 90 is to sharp an angle.

Claims (8)

  1. I) The main body nozzle would have interchangable tips so as to enable the user to be able to seal into awkward places, that a conventional nozzle can't reach. Consisting of main
body nozzle as in the description. Fig. I
  2. 2) As in claim 1. Fig.2.is a 90 angle tip suitable for sealing into very awkward areas' where a conventional nozzle could reach.
  3. 3) As in claim 2. Fig 3. would complement the set by sealing larger area's mainly in straight line areas'.
  4. 4) As in claim 3. Fig.4. would cap off the main body nozzle after use, and keep the sealer in the tube and nozzle ready for use next time, all you would have to do is wash out the tips ready for use next time.
  5. 5) As in claim 4. Fig.5.45 angle tips can also be used in awkward angles and places, where the 90 angle tip would be to sharp and the straight tip to straight.
  6. 6) As in claim 5. I believe that this product would be of a great benefit to decorating and sealing, with its interchangable tips it should make all sealing jobs much easier and with the end cap to seal off the main body nozzle this should combat the age old problem of the sealer going off and setting inside the nozzle making future use with the same nozzle a frustrating and time consuming time cleaning out the old nozzle.
  7. 7) As in claim 6. I feel that this idea would be a very useful replacement for the old conventional nozzle, because with its' angled tips it would make sealing those awkward area's much easier, and with the end cap it would save time and money in any sealing application.
  8. 8) As in claim 7. Fig. 1. main nozzle, the female nozzle thread (:) can be made to fit any size of sealer male thread
