Technical Field
This invention relates to peanut butter of the type, prepared utilizing spices giving a different delicious taste.
Background
Peanut butter is in wide use since a long time, prepared traditionally Spicy peanut butter will be prepared differently, with a very different delicious taste, will also be packaged differently.
The ingredients used to prepare spicy peanut butter is different to that of conventional peanut butter.
The ingredients used and the process of preparing spicy peanut butter is innovative making it very delicious and entirely different to the conventional peanut butter.
The objects of this invention are to give a new taste to peanut butter.
Accordingly this new invention will give a new taste to traditional peanut butter yet more usability in day to day life.
Detailed description
100 gms of roasted peanuts are powdered along with 10 gms of fried gram, lOgms of garlic, 2.5 gms of salt, 2.5 gms of chili powder. This mixture is mixed with sunflower oil/olive oil/palm oil(33mls), vegetable oils, water and buttermilk (30mls). This is mixed well and converted into a smooth spread. Emulsifiers used are mono and diglycerides E471. Preservative used is sorbic acid, lactic acid, and flavoring agent vitamin E. Nutrition value per 100 gms Energy 620 kcal Proteins 8.13 gms Carbohydrates 4.5 gms Fat 63.23 gms
The final product spicy peanut butter spread can be used as spread for toast, or in any preparation where butter spread/jarnJpeanut butter are used with an entirely different taste.
