The substrate 1 is made of a transparent or semi-tnsparent plastic material which allows warning marks or patterns formed on the second surface lb of the substrate 1 to be easily observed when the substrate 1 is removed.
lobe mark layer 2 is made of an adhesive resin material similar in color and transparency to the substrate 1, so as to allow warning marks. patterns or words to be printed on the second space 1 b of the substrate 1 by a conventional printing process.
The colored layer 3 forms the warning marks, patterns or words by using ink of a color that produces considerably strong, contrast to the substrate I and He mark layer 2. l;s allows the warning marks or patterns to appear on the viscous film 4 or the substrate I when the substrate 1 is detached from the fake-proof adhesive tape
after opening or lining The cover 1 I to unseal the open end of Me body IO' so as to intone a designate receiver for the packaging device about unautboiized opening of the body 10 according to appearance of the wag marks or pattems. The colored layer 3 is applied over the second surface lb of the substrate 1. Me mark layer 2 and recessed portions 20 (as shown in FIG. 5) uncovered by the mark layer 2.
lye viscous film 4 is a thin film, allowing part of Me colored layer 3 formed OD. the mark layer 2 to be retained on a top surface of tbe viscous film 4 and show the warnung marlcs and patterns when the substrate 1 is peeled from the fake-proof adhesive tape. The second adhesive layer is applied on a bottom surface of the viscous film 4 to thereby adhere the viscous film 4 to the open end of the body 10.
The second adhesive layer 5 is formed by applying an adhesive oven the bottom surface of the viscous film 4, and used to attach Me fake-proof adhesive tape to the open end ofthe body 10 or the pack device.
As shown in FIG. 3, the fake-proof adhesive tape is used by cutting a piece of the f.ale-proof adhesive tape of an appropriate length and attaching the piece to the open end of Me body I O in a way sLnular to a conventional adhesive tape. The first adhesive layer 6 applied on the substrate lof the fale-proof adhesive tape is used to adhere the substrate 1 to the cover J I or to Me open end of Me body 10. Preferably.

apaTt of ó fake-proof adhesive tape. On the other hand as shown in FIG 7. the part of the colored layer 3 remaking on the mark layer 2 attached to the substrate 1 allows a complementary pattern of the waming marks or words to appear on the second surface lb of Me substrate 1 win respect to Me pattern shown in FIG 6.
After the fake-proof adhesive tape is peeled apart, although the viscous film 4 still Uremic adhered to the open end of the body 10 via the second adhesive layer 5, however the viscous film 4 itself is not adhesive enough to restore adherence to the substrate 1; in otl:er words, once the fake-proof adhesive tape is peeled apart it fails to be re-sealed agauL which allows only one time of sealing between tle body 10 and the cover 11 and thereby provides secmity and fake-proof effects.
Besides, the substrate 1 may also be made of a colored plastic matenal, and the Tnark layer 2 is not particularly limited in respect of its transparency and color. In this case however. the colored layer 3 should have a color in contrast to the viscous film 4 for detecting He warning marks or patterns inticaa.ng unauthorized opening of the pacicaging device once the substrate 1 is peeled off from the fake-proof adhesive tape. The invention has been described using exemplary preferred embodiments.
EIowever, * is to be understood that Me scope of We invention is not [united to the disclosed embodiments. On the contrary' it is intended to cover various modifications and similar amngem.ents.
