Abstract

A resealable see-through envelope and document pocket and wallet are made from clear, translucent or semi-opaque plastic. The envelope and the document pocket and wallet carry a resealing tape ab, cd which allows repeated opening and closing (sealing) of the envelope and document pocket and wallet. When the flap is closed, the envelope and the document pocket and wallet are completely sealed temporarily by the resealable tape adhering the flap to the body of the envelope or document pocket and wallet. It can be reopened and resealed again as required.

Background Art Conventional Envelopes and Document Pockets & Wallets are made from paper/paper boards and are usually opaque. Paper Envelopes and Document Pockets & Wallets tear easily and need to be replaced once they are worn and when sealed, do not allow easy opening without damaging them.
Summary of invention The present invention has therefore to develop clear/translucent/semi-opaque envelopes and document pockets & wallets so as to permit documents/items which are kept in the envelopes and document pockets & wallets to be seen and to allow repeated easy opening and resealing.
The above features are made possible by using flexible/semi-rigid/rigid plastic to make these envelopes and document pockets & wallets. A resealable tape is applied along the flap or close to the opening of these envelopes and document pockets & wallets. After inserting documents/items through the opening of the envelope and document pocket & wallet, the resealable tape adheres the flap onto the body of the envelope and document pocket & wallet. The

resealable tape allows repeated opening and resealing of these envelopes and document pockets & wallets, thereby permitting repeated usage of these envelopes and document pockets & wallets.
Specific Example In order to allow the present invention more readily understood, the following description is given, by way of example, of specific embodiments of a resealable envelope and document pocket & wallet made in accordance with the present invention. Reference will be made to the accompanying drawing in which: Figure la & Ib show the Resealable See-Through Document Pocket & Wallet when opened (la) and when closed (sealed) (lb).
Figure 2a & 2b shows the Resealable See-Through Envelope when opened (2a) and when closed (sealed) (2b).
The Resealable See-Through Envelope and Document Pocket & Wallet is made from clear/translucent/semi-opaque plastic and contain a resealable tape for easy opening and resealing. The resealable tape is placed between area a & b (diagram 1 a & 2 a) or between area c & d (diagram la & 2a). When the flap is opened (diagram la & 2a), documents/items can be inserted into or retrieved from the envelope and document pocket & wallet with ease. When the flap is closed (diagram 1 b & 2b) over the opening, the resealable tape adheres the flap onto the body of the envelopes and document pockets & wallets, thereby, temporarily sealing the envelope and document pocket & wallet. This can be reopened and resealed again whenever is needed..

  1. CLAIMS A Resealable See-Through Envelope and Document Pocket & Wallet is made from clear/translucent/semi-opaque plastic. This envelope and document pocket & wallet carries a resealing tape which allows for repeated opening and closing (sealing) of the envelope and document pocket & wallet. When the flap is closed, the envelope and document pocket & wallet is completely sealed temporarily by the resealable tape adhering the flap onto the envelope and document pocket & wallet and can be reopened and resealed again whenever is needed.
