Abstract

235,699. Smith, C. E., and Daniels, P. E. May 24, 1924. Elastic bandages; wrist supports.-An elastic bandage comprises a flat strip 1 of elastic material having perforations 2 for ventilation and provided at one end with holes 3 arranged in two parallel rows, into each of which a stud 4 is inserted, the studs being engaged by holes 5 at the other end of the strip. The ends of the strip are made wider than the middle portion and are thickened. The Provisional Specification describes modified construction in which the end of the strip opposite to that carrying the studs 4 is eecured between two layers of leather or the like in which the holes 5 are made.
