Abstract
Two twelve volt batteries 6, 7 supply power to a 24 volt D.C. motor 5, which drives hydraulic pump 1, which pumps oil from a tank 4 to hydraulic turbines 2,3, driving an output shaft 9. A 24 volt generator 8 is provided for charging the batteries. Radiators 17,18 and a cooling fan 19 are also provided. The plant is described as a turbo-prop engine for land sea and air vehicles. It is stated that once started the plant requires no outside supply of electricity, no fuel, and no coolant, that the plant is simpler to maintain than internal combustion engines, that there is no noise pollution, and that the state of the ozone layer is improved by 90%.
Description
2354042 REQUEST FOR PATENT REF: PRB T01-99-8H/8 PAGE No.1 P.R. BISSON,
Eng. Inventor ANTI-POLLUTION HYDRULIC TURBO-PROP ENGINE FOR LAND, SEA AND AIR TRANSPORT
DESCRIPTION
The new invention being presented, known as a Propulsion Engine for vehicles used on land, sea and air, is a futuristic avantgarde innovation.
For one century, with no change or failure of the ICE principle, the internal combustion engine (ICE) with a 4-stroke cycle has proved its efficiency to this day, without rival, despite the known disadvantages to its use.
In order to make an improvement and suppress some of the defects of the previous engine, the new invention of the HYDRAULIC TURBO-PROP engine is offered for propulsion of vehicles used on land, sea and air according to the description below.
The overall components of the HYDRAULIC TURBO-PROP engine shown on the drawing on Page 5/6 consist of: a 30 1. oil tank (No.4 on the drawing on Page 5/6), a main turbine (No.2 on the drawing), a secondary turbine (No. 3), a gear hydraulic pump (250 bar) (No.1) an 8 BHP DC motor (No.5), a 24 v. generator (No.8), two (2) cooling batteries (radiators) (Nos. 17 & 18), two (2) 12 v. batteries in series (Nos.6 & 7), one (1) cooling fan (No. 19).
The present invention is based on the fundamental principle of Eng. P.R. BISSON, the text of which is as follows:
The physical principle of the HYDRAULIC TURBO-PROP engine is based on reciprocity between two physical forces acting on each other according to the following formula F = 100 f + Frr in which:
F represents Turbine No.2 energy f represents Turbine No.3 energy Frr represents Residual energy from Turbine No.2 exhaust, returned to Turbine No.3 represents the variable coefficient of compression rate ranging from 2 to 400.
As perpetual motion is impossible, any failure from Turbine No.3 would be compensated by the action of DC Motor No.5.
PAGE No.2 OPERATING PRINCIPLE The operating principle of this engine as described above. Start-up is via the Secondary Turbine (No.3) driven by the DC Motor (No.5). The secondary turbine activates the Hydraulic Pump (No.1), which in turn activates the Main Turbine (No.2). One (1) Alternator (No.8) charges 2 x 12 v..Batteries (Nos.6 & 7). One (1) cooling system consists of one (1) 30 1. Tank (No.4), two (2) 15 1. Cooling Batteries (Nos.17 & 18) and one (1) Fan (No.19).

Claims (8)
1. The present invention enables total and integral elimination of the pollution caused by present-day vehicles propelled by internal combustion engines (ICE).
2. As claimed in Claim No.1, because of its lack of pollution, the Hydraulic Turbo-Prop Engine shown on the drawing on Page 5/6 must replace all ICEs used worldwide.
3. As claimed in Claims Nos.1 & 2, the Hydraulic Turbo-Prop Engine is of the highest safety standard on land, sea and air, due to: no flammable fuel, no gas, no compressed air.
4. As claimed in Claims Nos.1, 2 & 3, the running costs of this Hydraulic Turbo-Prop Engine are the most economical in the world.
5. As claimed in Claims Nos.1, 2, 3 & 4, the use of the Hydraulic TurboProp Engine allows reduction of space as well as mass transported, and is the lightest due to lack of fuel transported.
6. As claimed in Claims Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, the present Hydraulic TurboProp Engine enables a higher speed to be attained, as turbines are always more powerful than any piston engine of the same capacity.
7. As claimed in Claims Nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, the sound level of the Hydraulic Turbo-Prop Engine is much lower than that of the ICE Engine.
8. Average range The average range of the present Hydraulic Turbo-Prop Engine used on any vehicle is practically limitless and unchallenged.
