Abstract

A disposable mobile telephone which when activated by pushing up the antenna button activates the battery and gives the caller a dialliong tone to enable them to phone out. The phone will not receive incoming calls and it does not have a telephone number. The phone incorporates the minimum amount of buttons to make a call and does not have any other supplementary functions. The phone would be made of plastic /card/board so that it is light and will present no environmental problem when thrown away.

This invention relates to a Throaway mobile phone.
Mobile phones are usually purchased and a phone line rented or they are purchased and phone cards are used.
This phone is purchased with a preset amount of time calls or battery life after which it then becomes a throaway. ie it has used its amount and cannot be used any further by that operator.
Mobile phones purchases are either witha contract or via the pay as you go card scheme, this requires neither.
This phone only has outgoing calls allowed from it and it does not have a telephone number,.
It can not receive incoming calls.
There are none of the following features, No mains charger socket.
No incar charger port.
No headphone port.
No digital display.
No phone book.
No call registers.
No settings.
No call divert.
No games.
No calculator . No clock.
No tones.
No telephone number.
The body of the phone will incorporate a energiser button which lifts the small antenna and activates the battery and also the line dialling tone.
A specific detail of the invention will now be descibed by way of an example with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig 1. shows the phone in its un tone position.
Fig 2. shows the phone with the antenna raised.
Fig 1. shows the number of keys needed to allow the caller to send there calls. The internal battery will be fixed in place and can only be re. cyclecd by the inventor.
Fig 2. shows the phone with the antenna raised which activates the call line, service provider and battery engage.

Claims (5)

CLAIMS.
1. A throaway mobile telephone which when the caller has used the time/battery life the phone becomes discareded.
2. A throaway mobile telephone as claimed in Claim 1. whererin the phone cannot receive in coming calls. ie it phones out only. d
3. A throaway mobile telephone as claimed in Claim 1 and 2 wherein the phone only has the minimum amount of buttons to eneable a call to be made.
4. A throaway mobile telephone as claimed in Claim 1,2 and 3 wherein the phone is activated by a button that raises the antenna and activates the battery to get a line.
5. A throaway mobile telephone substantially as descibed herein with reference to figures 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawing.
