Widely known are mobile phones having a housing, antenna, transceivers, microphone, speaker and keyboard, which make it possible to dial any telephone number, for example, RU patent No. 2004119142.

The disadvantage of such phones is that they can not be used by people with low vision, who are unable to dial the required number on the keyboard, children who do not yet know the numbers, elderly people who do not need a saturated keyboard to make a call to any they need the number.

The closest in technical essence is a mobile phone such as a fountain pen with an outer casing, buttons, display and other details (patent RU No. 2005119625).

The disadvantage of such a phone is that the reduction in size of such a design is limited by the minimum size of the keyboard and display that are acceptable from the point of view of ergonomics.

The purpose of the utility model is to simplify and cheapen the design of a mobile phone, significantly reduce its size, facilitate the use of mobile communications and reduce the cost of mobile communications for subscribers.

This result is achieved due to the fact that the simplest mobile phone has a button for registering the incoming call number in electronic memory for the purpose of subsequent connection with it for outgoing calls.

Therefore, it does not need a display and has only three buttons for controlling the main functions on the case.
