234,233. Tetens, O., and Rekord- Zement-Industrie Ges. March 25, 1924. Materials for making gas &c.-Mixtures containing siliceous calcareous, and bituminous ingredients are burned without addition of fuel at temperatures below the vitrifying temperature, and with recovery of oil, in order to obtain cement-forming materials. The raw materials may be a mixture of bituminous limestone and siliceous earth or clay, or a mixture of bituminous or oil-shale and limestone or lime and clay.
