Abstract

A method of making a towel radiator by:- a) cropping mild steel sheet to a required size b) pressing out a pattern on the cropped sheet c) forming ribs , flanges and flares on the sheet d) folding the sheet about a centre line e) welding the joints of the folded sheet f) welding pipe fittings and wall brackets to the folded sheet g) cleaning,priming,undercoating and finish painting the so formed radiator.

THE DESIGN OF THE SINGLE PIECE TOWEL RADIATOR VARIES IMMENSLY FROM OTHER TOWEL RADIATORS IN THAT IT IS MANUFACTURED FROM A SINGLE SHEET OF MILD STEEL THUS MAKING IT MORE EFFICIENT TO PRODUCE. (SEE ALSO DESCRIPTION ON LAST DRAWING)

WELD IN 1/2" BSP PIPE FITTINGS & WALL BRACKETS.
CLEAN, PRIME, UNDERCOAT & FINAL PAINT FINISH.

Claims (1)

  1. SINGLE PIECE TOWEL RADIATOR CLAIMS
    ALMOST EVERY OTHER TOWEL RADIATOR IS MANUFACTURED FROM DIFFERENT PIECES OF TUBES WELDED OR BRAZED TOGETHER, MAKING THEM EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND LABOUR INTENSIVE TO MANUFACTURE.
    THE SINGLE PIECE TOWEL RADIATOR IS QUIET UNIQUE IN THE TOWEL RAIL RADIATOR AND THEREFORE FILLS A NICHE IN THE MARKET.
    THE SINGLE PIECE TOWEL RADIATOR IS MANUFACTURED FROM A SING SHEET OF MILD STEEL.
