Abstract

An unstaffed, free access, automated vending and purchasing outlets system located in public areas facilitating the sale and purchase of goods and services through dedicated electronic communication links between outlets and distribution/stockage locations. The outlet may comprise a selection screen and be capable of receiving cash or cards.

Description

Automated Vending/Purchasing Outlets - QuidsTM System Patent application Description This innovation relates to Automated Vending/Purchasing Outlets (AVIPOs) offering goods and services for purchase by the public, through free-access, utilising on-screen selection, payment and delivery destination prompts, known as the A v/PoQuidsTh System.
The outlets are electronically linked to existing/new supply/distribution centres, distant or local, through dedicated computer networks processing system information and supporting video and sound links to optimise the process through product/service information and commercial advertising.
The system outlets require no constant staffing, only operational maintenance and can be located where marketing determines, at the discretion and arrangement of the Provider.

Claims (1)

  1. Claims
    Claim 1 The Automated Vending/Purchasing Outlet - QuidsTM System, (A V/PO - Quids System), facilitates the improved efficiency of the distribution and supply of goods and services to the general public, through the modification of an already familiar technical system component, supported by specific computer hardware and software, and video and sound packages.
    Claim 2 The A V/PO-QuidsTM System as claimed in Claim 1, installed in any public place, with free access, at the Provider's discretion and arrangements.
    Claim 3 The AV/PO-QuidsTM System as claimed in Claim 1 or Claim 2 requiring no constant staffing.
    Claim 4 The A V/PO-Quids System as claimed in all preceding Claims allowing bulk stockage, (where pertinent), to be distinctly displaced from the point of purchase.
    Claim 5 The A vPoQuidsTM System as claimed in all preceding Claims, being operational twenty-four hours per day, three hundred and sixty-five days per year.
    Claim 6 The AVPO-QuidsTM System as claimed in all preceding Claims supporting supplementary commercial advertising display and information retrieval capabilities.
    Claim 7 The A V PO-OuidsTM System as claimed in all preceding Claims is distinct from Home/Personal Computer purchasing systems by public location and free access.
    Claim 8 The A VfoQuidsTM System as claimed in all preceding Claims, configured for single/multi coin/note/bank, debit and credit card usage.
    Claim 9 The A V;PO-OuidsTM System as claimed in all preceding Claims supplementing and enhancing existing/future consumer outlets and improving consumer satisfaction.
