Abstract

232,148. Heinke & Co., Ltd., C. E., and Lacey, E. C. Jan. 30, 1925. Stoppers with valves. - The inflation valve a of a pneumatic cushion &c. is mounted in a tubular neck b projecting inwardly of the cushion from a cup-like member c which is furnished at its mouth with a peripheral flange e whereby it is secured to the wall f of the cushion, the cup being of such size that it encloses the end of the valve whilst providing easy access thereto. The flange e of the cup c is feathered and may be vulcanized on to the wall f of the cushion.
